The environment
The helpers barged into my hotel 2 twice . Went to breakfast you come back the bedding had been shifted. They didn’t allow me to check out, it seems you are rush to check out . In fact they barge while I was packing my stuff
The noise of the other guests, having parties right through the night!! shouting, loud music, beer bottles falling...
The union conferences make it unbearable for other guests.
Crime in the area is a problem, our friends car got stolen a block from the hotel.
We were greeted with friendly staff.Our room was exactly what we expected and very luxurious.The property was well kept and clean with a clear layout so you couldn't get lost and the food was exceptional at the restaurant as well,even with the one night we spent it felt like we could shut out the noise of every day life and felt well rested and ready for the coming week.
The one standing lamp didn't work

De kier in de deur vd kamer waardoor tocht binnen kwam. Het aanbod van het cafe om te lunchen. Niet alles van de kaart was verkrijgbaar.
Aangegeven allegie voor banaan te hebben.......in fruit zat toch banaan. Werd opgelost.

Airport shuttle is convenient and complimentary. They allowed us to park our car there for a week free of charge, which was a great surprise. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast is next level!
No milk in the rooms, we weren't able to park next to our unit, which made carrying lots of luggage difficult. There was no buffet dinner, and the included dinner at the Grill was not great.
