Great stay, safe location, clean rooms and linen, nice patio, safe parking, a bar fridge always helps. Pity we could only spend one night, would have loved to explore more. Will visit again hopefully for a much better room ideal for work.
The working desk in our room only had one power socket which takes one plug so it was a nightmare for two people to work. Also only one chair, not ideal if you're going to be doing any work there.
The restaurant/bar next to reception was stocked out, did not have any alcohol, not even a Savanna, disappointing for a tourist. And that's the reason it was empty, no patrons.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and proximity close to the airport. There are many malls and shops near the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport and to EastRand Mall at specific times during the day.
The hotel would do well to install morden aircons. The weather was very cold and aircorn was not very effective in heating up the room.

the rooms and hospitality, the driver who picked me up from the airport was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable as i was abit scared of what is happening in South Africa, the safety assurance is at the high level , i like the drop and pick up arrangement for malls

Excellent location next to OR Tambo Airport for transit or conferencing. Very clean rooms and professional staff. It's a large property, so be prepared to walk distances. Golf cart shuttles are available on request.
Due to proximity to the airport, it can be noisy at night. Better soundproofing would be good.

The fact that my roommate pyjamas were taken mistakenly by the cleaners and after reporting to the admin, at first they say they were looking for them and after existing and on our way back home, we were told that they managed to locate it but they were expecting us to find a way to collect it instead of taking the responsibility of courier it to our destination since the mistake happened on their side
