Pros:

Room was comfortable. No problem.

Cons:

I really did not like that there is 24/7 room service offered, but when you want to make use of it it is not available? I travelled internationally, came in late, wanted a late dinner or something to eat, just to be told that the service is not available? I had to go to bed hungry! Not ok!

Tihe availability of the shuttle bus from and to the airport; Well equipped, clean and spacious room; wide range and quality food @ breakfast; SA joyful atmosphere with conference/training participants and tasty local foods in the Hotspot restaurant; the proximity of the East Rand Mall.

Cons:

The shuttle bus from the Mall making us wait for more than half an hour (we could have walked if it didnt rain!).
