Clean guest house - very close to the city center / perfect to discover Leon.
Free dispenser of cold or hot water (for coffee or to refill our bottles). We could use the kitchen (very well equiped) and fridge of the host family to cook.
We had to use the fan all the time because turned out to be way too hot (room is turned towards the inside of the house). The sign with 8$ per day on the A/C was laughing in our face.
Somehow cold welcome or introduction, we had to ask everything proactively (kitchen/events/etc).
Not very practical shared bathroom system (door for the second accomodation has to be locked / unlocked every time).

Lovely home from home in the city centre hosted by a kind and friendly couple. They accommodated my specific requests and were genuinely helpful in all regards. Lovely ensuite room. Self serve Tea and coffee and water available.
The address provided with the booking wasn’t accurate according to my taxi driver so this lead to some confusion. It’s not right at the Teatro.

Que tuve que pagar efectivo cuando decía que aceptaban todas las tarjetas y tuve que pagar el acondicionador de aire aparte cuando decía que todas las habitaciones contaban con acondicionador de aire no menciono ventilador.
Exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts that made us feel right at home. Good location, at walking distance from all main areas in the center. Rooms are simple but super clean and good value for the price. Would totally go again if I return to Leon.
The owners have a bedroom downstairs and there are three rooms upstairs. The house is well equipped, very clean, and Rodrigo helped us figure out the buses to climb Volcán Telica and reserved a shuttle for our onward journey to Granada. There is filtered water and tea/coffee upstairs for the guests. The rooms upstairs have windows and fans, which cool down the room at night. AC will cost an extra $8.
This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place.
Well located, and great to have use of the kitchen
Beds are very hard but I know that is the preference for some people. It’s a shame aircon is $8 / day which seems excessive
This is such a great place to stay! It feels like home and it’s incredibly clean! Location is fantastic, and with three rooms it hosts exactly the right amount of people. Kitchen is spacious and so well equipped. Laundry service is 5 USD for a full machine with great quality! Two people who live there are absolutely lovely!
Only two caveats are that u have to pay extra for AC and it can get quite warm in the rooms - however the fans work well. Shared bathroom has 2 doors which can be a little annoying
Airbnb vibes while staying with the nicest, cutest family: Señor Rodrigo was so kind! Everything is super clean, sheets are soft, they’ll happily hold your bags if you need to do an early drop off, and location is ideal: so close to the plaza!
It has every you need
The home was very hot and I didn’t know I needed to pay extra for AC.
Very nice room! There was a door straight to the shared bathroom and we were the only ones there so it was practically private. Very nice host waited for us to check in at night. Nice spot.

The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and blender. The aircon is $8 additional per day. They have a laundry service at $5. The location is great, and it's an easy walk to the square
