性价比高，很适合暂住一晚
Pros:

楼下专门有人帮忙开门，而且是有大堂的酒店，挺正规的，性价比高，退房后还可以把行李暂放在大厅

Cons:

刚进房间电视柜台上有一瓶喝过的矿泉水，感觉卫生没有认真打扫干净

Pros:

The room was spacious and offered excellent value for the price. We especially appreciated the large TV, which was perfect for watching the World Cup matches after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Cons:

The staff seemed a little unfriendly when we first arrived, which made the initial welcome feel less warm than expected. The cleanliness of the room could also have been improved, as some areas did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned.

الموقع رائع جداً والسعر جيد بالنسبة للمنطقة

اتمنى الاهتمام بمستوى نظافة الارضية
وجود عدة حشرات صغيره ميته (صراصير) وخصوصاً بدورة المياه
حبيت المكان وماعندي مشكلة اسكن هنا مره اخرى ولكن اتمنى زيادة الاهتمام بمستوى النظافة ورش المبيدات او تركيب شيء يمنع دخول الحشرات مثل الفنادق الاعلى مستوى

I was scammed. There's a requirement to pay twice. I made a reservation for June 19-20 and checked into the hotel at 3 PM on June 19th. They told me I had made a wrong reservation and needed to pay an additional 70 Ringgit. I was so tired I didn't want to argue and paid. It's a disgusting place. I will never set foot in Malaysia again. They made me hate Malaysia! If I had the right to give zero points, I would.

SuperB location, Helpful Staff and Comfort Bed
Pros:

Most of the time I will book this hotel for my stay when come to KL since 2022. Already lost count how many time for revisit. Staff and security is good and helpful. The bed is super comfort. The location is superB as opposite is TRX by walk (can access MRT easily) and near to few shopping mall as well. There is restaurant & bar on the same row - easy get food and chill time for nigh out. Super recommended

Cons:

Suggest to look for facilities maintenance and better cleanliness as slight aging compare to last time.

Great location and value for money for a short stay
Pros:

Location is right across TRX and main Bukit Bintang area is just behind the hotel. Within walking distance to eateries and shopping areas. Only 10mins walk to Aeroline pick up/drop off point. Room is big with lots of walking space and facilities are working well. Value for money.

Cons:

There is a bar right below the hotel with very loud music playing into the night. But the sound proofing is pretty good so it wasn't a big problem unless you got a room facing the streets. Construction is ongoing in the day time which is slightly disturbing. The hotel provided drinking water in a glass bottle, but I noticed the stopper was mouldy, so I didn't drink it. The TV was quite hard to programme.

酒店位置特别好，前台热情，还有安保人员看见你会提前帮你开门😊马路对面就是一个超大的商场，附近有新峰肉骨茶还有阿喜肉骨茶，酒店华人老板推荐了阿喜肉骨茶，果然不错，我跟同伴都觉得比新峰的浓郁而且没那么咸一点，还有一家煎蕊也很好吃，在对面商场里面的

402的洗手盆下水很慢，应该需要拆出来清理一下，估计是堵了
