We loved Perry at the front desk. He was amazing! The hotel is very old and charming. However the lack of an elevator

The courtyard is amazing

2 doors down from Elvis sang craw fish

Pros:

I love this hotel have stayed a couple times now! Staff is always wonderful the only problem I had was the bath tub vents were dirty. Other than that beautiful!!

Deja je ne l’avais pas vu écrit il n’y a aucun petit déjeuner sur place, ni bouteille d’eau rien, il faut sortir. (Details mais il faut le savoir)
Il y a un gros soucis avec le menage . Elle refait le lit change les serviettes mais ne fait pas le menage. Il a fallu que je filme et je descende a l’accueil pour demander a ce que le menage soit fait!! Ni le sol , ni la salle de bain!! Je trouve cela tres tres moyen

Birthday in New Orleans
Pros:

You get the real French Quarter experience! The hotel has so much charm! The location is perfectly close to Bourbon Street and within easy walking distance to any attractions. The neighborhood is quieter than those closer to the pub hub.

Cons:

The building is wonderfully maintained but with any older facility there are structural and equipment challenges that you should expect. For those unable to traverse stairs, there is no elevator. The amazing staff will help you with your luggage. We were on the ground floor so there was no problem.

Friendly hotel
Pros:

It's an old hotel so you can't expect mod cons but the coffee machine cable wasn't long enough to plug in so we had to move it. There weren't enough sockets , one lamp was broken , the bedding and towels were very clean and too quality though and we were only there for three nights so it was OK. The staff were brilliant, very friendly . Overall, we enjoyed our stay

This hotel is in a good spot, kinda funky climbing stairs up and down and th service was spotty at best

Great experience
Pros:

I liked the location and look of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

One of rooms needed a sofa or more places to sit inside.

Also, one of the rooms didn’t seem to have access to the balcony like I requested.

Room was dirty and I was put on top floor had to go up 4 flights of stairs! No elevator! I am 69 years old. Floor was dirty, everything dusty! And A/C kept making noises that kept me up all night! Shower head wasn't working! Terrible stay!
