Room service is not available. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that this property does not accept cash or checks as a method of payment. Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame. Kindly note, the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability. Extra beds are not available, however extra bedding can be provided at a GBP 15 extra fee, subject to availability. Apartments with sofa beds can also be requested at extra charge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
