Piękny apartament w centrum Tulum.
Pros:

Bardzo ładny apartament, wygodny i pięknie urządzony. Fajna lokalizacja - w pobliżu dobrych restauracji i kawiarni. Przy apartamencie znajduje się basen z podgrzewaną wodą. W trakcie pobytu mieliśmy awarię podgrzewacza wody, która została rozwiązana w ciągu godziny. Bardzo dziękujemy za tak szybkie rozwiązanie problemu!!

An amazing apartment with great facilities, in a fantastic location. Good communication with hosts as well.

Only comment would be to add a little welcome booklet to highlight all the facilities and appliances for the apartment.

Moderne Apartments in top Lage
Pros:

Die Apartments sind perfekt in La Veleta gelegen. Es ist eines der neueren Viertel von Tulum, mit modernen Geschäften und Restaurants. Man fühlt sich komplett sicher! Das Apartment war sehr modern, sauber und hat alles gehabt, was man für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche braucht (wir hatten nur gefrühstückt und sonst außerhalb gegessen). Der Pool war perfekt zum entspannen und auch der große Balkon waren sehr praktisch. Nachts war es weitesgehend ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Host verlief super und wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Tipps zum Transport, Scooter-Verleih etc.

Cons:

Es war alles super, wenn dann haben wir nur minimale Verbesserungsvorschläge: der Kühlschrank war die erste Zeit sehr laut. Wir hatten ihn dann wärmer eingestellt und das Problem damit behoben. Die Kaffeefilter waren leer und im Supermarkt fand man nur XXL-Packs. Da wäre es super gewesen einen kleinen Vorrat direkt zu haben.

Top, absolut zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Alles sehr praktisch und hochwertig, gepflegte ruhige Anlage und die Gastgeber haben immer proaktiv informiert und auf Nachfragen immer sofort geantwortet. Wir waren krank (Magen-Darm ) und haben daher die guten Betten und Netflix etc. sehr geschätzt!

Pros:

Great place to stay, the accommodation and outside areas were immaculate. Very close to nice restaurants and bars, host was responsive and happy to help with various questions I had during the stay.

Location is great if you are looking to be close to Calle 7 for all the great eats! Property newer, clean and grounds were very pretty. Nice size pool compared to some of the others we looked at. Felt very safe in La Veleta.

Pros:

Prachtig hotel, ruime kamers, op leuke lokatie in la Veleta
Mooi zwembad
Communicatie gaat via Booking.com berichten. Er werd snel gereageerd op vragen
Inchecken en uitchecken gaat allemaal digitaal.

Restaurants genoeg in de buurt

Cons:

Stroom viel uit, gebeurt vaker in Tulum, niet hun schuld
Hierdoor geen wifi en konden we ook niet douchen
Wifi probleem bleef na stroomherstel. Dat werd uiteindelijk op een andere manier opgelost in de avond door de eigenaar.
