Me mintieron con la reserva. Reservé una habitación con cama doble, terraza y aire acondicionado. Cuando llegué me dieron una habitación con un colchón individual tirado en el suelo, sin ventana, sin aire acondicionado y las sabanas sucias. Además no te podías poner de pie porque te dabas con el techo. La explicación fue que me cambiaron porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, (la habitación que me dieron tenía un triste ventilador) lo peor es que me dieron la opción de cancelar pero nunca me devolvieron el dinero

I email her on what’s app. I asked her how I can get in If I have none of those kind of communication. Normally on hotel I just show up. I don’t know why she assumed that everybody have what’s app or a phone number. I didn’t. I was sooo stressed I ask her three times how I can get in on what’s app. No answer from her. She just keep sending me her adress that I had right at the beginning. I keep telling her that adress is useless because I had it already. I just want to know how I can get in. I will be there in the evening between 6:30 to 8:30. She REFUSED to answer me and left the conversation. How rude it is. I said to her and the owner that they should said on booking that it is there kind of communication. If I knew that I will never booked there. That girl make me stress for nothing. If she would have tell me that someone will be there for me between 6:30 and 8:30 it will have no drama. That girl shouldn’t work with guests. She is sooo rude and useless.

I think the staff should be well informed. I was supposed to have a late check-out (with an additional fee), but the staff seemed to be unaware, he even asked me to communicate with the host instead of him.
