Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und zentral und die Aufteilung der Zimmer war gut für eine 5 köpfige Familie.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und auch in der Nacht relativ laut (auch wenn die Wohnung in einem Hinterhaus liegt).
Der Kontakt mit Numa läuft erstmal über einen Bot dem man alles 3 mal erklären muss bislang dann an einen Mitarbeiter weiter geleitet wird (diese waren dann hilfsbereit).
Das Fitnessstudio ist nicht im gleichen Haus und man muss (wir haben das dann nicht gemacht) mit der U-Bahn hinfahren und hat nur eine gratis Tagespass.
In der Buchung war auch eine Waschmaschine genannt, die es dann allerdings nicht gab. Nach einigem hin und her wurde dafür dann aber eine Lösung gefunden.
Insgesamt fand ich die Wohnung zu teuer.

Wie beschrieben die Lage

Cons:

Fotos+Preis vermitteln Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten, was mitnichten zutrifft. Appartment eng, Mobiliar zusammengestückelt, keine entspannte Sitzmöglichkeit. Wohnungen in Altbau, Treppenhaus vernachlässigt, Hinterhof schmutzig. Viel zu teuer für angebotene Leistung.

Pros:

Super comfortable and compact apartment, had everything I needed

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the building (there are two very similar entrances close to one another, so when I chose the wrong ones the entrance codes of course didn’t work) — took me a while to figure this out

Waardeloze accommodatie, Berlijn is ok!

Cons:

Gereserveerd voor twee personen. Één stoel, één nachtkastje, een kapstok/spiegel die vreselijk in het looppad staat, terwijl er ruimte genoeg is om elders te plaatsen. Als een persoon onder de douche staat en de andere zou het toilet doorspoelen, verbrandt de persoon die onder de douche staat. Douchewater wordt SUPERHEET! Gevaarlijk!

Numa Studio
Pros:

Unkomplizierter check in und check out,
Tolle Zimmerausstattung,im Studio wie z.b. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Stadtreinigung quasi direkt unter dem Fenster, daher ist ab früh morgens etwas Lärm. Allerdings gab es auch gratis Ohrstöpsel, die ich nur leider nicht tragen kann.

Facilities/cleanliness can be improved but location is incredibly convenient!
Pros:

Location was great, close to public transport, we had access to buses, tram, u-bahn and train to/from the airport, groceries and within walking distance from Berlin wall. Also easy to walk to a number of restaurants and cafés in the area. There were plates and cutlery pots and pans, a dishwasher, an oven/microwave and a fridge so it was perfect for a family with kids, we could make our own meals and throw everything in the dishwasher. The apartment was facing the inner yard, so no traffic noise, which is always good!

Cons:

Apartment wasn't particularly clean, there was dust all over the floors. Door handle of the bathroom was coming off so it felt a bit run down. There was a back door from a restaurant on the ground floor and it was being slammed all the time until closing time, quite annoying and loud.

Pobyt z okazji meczu NBA na Uber Arena (niedaleko od obiektu)
Pros:

Duża ilość łóżek, każdy miał wybór, duża przestrzeń - fakt byliśmy tylko na jeden dzień, ale było super,
Śniadanie w osobnym wejściem do lokalu (tak jak wskazano w informacji), następnie do stołówki.

Cons:

Trzeba trochę było potrudzić z dotarciem do pokoi - nie było jasno i dokładnie opisane (pomimo tabliczek z wskazanymi kierunkami -my wspinaliśmy się do góry, na piętra - niepotrzebnie) a pokoje były zlokalizowane za podwórzem, wejściem przez parter.
Ten obiekt posiada z dwoma osobnymi wejściami do pokoi - trzeba patrzeć na nr pokoju jakie się zarezerwuje (podane będą w informacji). Wtedy bez problemu się trafi i bez stresu.

Pros:

Location great.Quick response when contacted .Property was very nice and great for commuting with rail and bus outside door.

Cons:

I would not have booked this apartment if I knew there gymn facility was a few kilometers away 🤔.We could use the gymn at the mall becide us instead which were great for €10 which my teenagers found out themselves and went.So worked out good.
