Pros:

Goed bereikbaar met ov. Genoeg in de buurt om lekker te kunnen ontbijten, lunchen of dineren.

Cons:

De zitplek en de keuken waren te klein voor het aantal mensen. Ook was er tijdens het douchen een heel vervelend geluid.

Awesome apartmenet with great ammenities
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Numa Kater. The location was one of the highlights, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, bars, and many of Berlin's main attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot and by train.

The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, which gave me plenty of space to relax after long days walking around Berlin. The layout was very well thought out, with separate areas to sleep, work, and unwind, making it feel much more comfortable than a typical hotel room.

The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast comfortably. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the overall design created a welcoming atmosphere. I particularly appreciated having enough space to sit down and relax in the evenings rather than feeling confined to a small room. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience made the stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

There was some street noise from time to time, especially during the evenings, although this is to be expected given the lively area and central location. Apart from that, there was very little to complain about. Unfortunately, the weather during my stay was quite rainy, but that's hardly something the property can control. Overall, these were only minor inconveniences and did not detract significantly from an otherwise excellent experience.

Modern apartment, unbeatable location next to East Side Gallery, and seamless digital check-in.
Pros:

Visited Berlin for a few days and Numa Kater set exactly the right tone. Spacious apartment, fast and reliable WiFi, proper workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen so you're not forced into expensive hotel restaurants. The building itself has character - 1910 facade with a very modern interior - and the Friedrichshain location keeps you well-connected without the tourist noise of Mitte. Self-service check-in is smooth and the team is responsive over the app. Will be back next time I'm in Berlin.

Cons:

Slightly tricky to find on arrival - the building has two entrances which can be confusing. Either than that, amazing property.

Nur für Leute mit starken Nerven und niedrigen Komforterwartungen!

Die Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Öffis.

Cons:

Der Check-in vor Ort konnte nicht durchgeführt werden. Nach mühseliger telefonischer Kommunikation auf Englisch( Deutsch nicht möglich) wurde uns mitgeteilt dass die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung wegen eines Schadens nicht zur Verfügung stand und man uns(8 Personen) auf 2 Wohnungen (1× 2Personen und 1×6 Personen) aufteilt. Die größere Wohnung wirkte nicht vorbereitet. Die Silikon- und Fliesenfugen in der Dusche waren von Schimmel befallen. Der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte sehr langsam, so daß man während dem Duschen im Wasser stand. Obwohll vorher klar kommuniziert wurde das wir uns selbst versorgen wollen, verfügte die Küche weder über ausreichend Besteck, 2 Gabeln und 4 Löffel/Messer für 6 Personen noch Geschirr, 2 Essteller und 4 Kuchenteller. Zum Glück gab es genügend Bowlschüsseln. Die Schlafcouch verfügte über eine durchgelegene Matratze. Die Betten hingegen waren sehr bequem. Die Lage der großen Wohnung zur Warschauerstraße ist für Partypeople ok, 2 Spätis und Lärm unter der Woche bis nach Mitternacht. Die Lage der kleinen Wohnung war zum Innenhof und zur Seitenstraße und somit wesentlich leiser. Beide Wohnungen waren in unterschiedlichen Gebäudebereicjen sprich unterschiedliche Eingänge. Da wir als Team zur DJM angereist waren, war das natürlich alles in allem sehr ärgerlich.

Zrušená rezervácia par hodin pred príchodom
Cons:

Zrusili nam rezervacku 4 hodiny pred checkinom a museli sme si narychlo hladat nove ubytovanie pocas najrusnejsieho dna v roku 1.maja v Berlíne. Aj to sme zistili asi len so šťastím. Chceli sme si skor do budovy odlozit batozinu, PIN kod mal fungovat aj na hlavny vchod. Nefungoval, tak sme kontaktovali podporu a ked sa nam po dlhom case konecne podarilo spojit so živým človekom a nie s robotom, o chvilu nam len prisla zrušená rezervácia.

Super wypad na koncert
Pros:

Jeśli ktoś przyjechał na koncert do U Areny, to mogę spokojnie polecić to miejsce. Nic więcej nie trzeba. Na piechotę do Areny 5 minut. Cała miejska komunikacja pod nosem. Całodobowy parking w East City Mall. Mnóstwo knajp w okolicy.

Cons:

Podwórko jest brudne i pełne śmieci. Samo wejście do budynku może odstraszyć ale można się przyzwyczaić.
