Hou er rekening mee het is een 7 persoonsappartement maar in de keuken kun je maar met drie zitten.

Very cozy and lovely!
Pros:

Very spacious, ideal for groups, there were 5 of us. Clean and cozy! I personally liked the view, because I love trains, but it can be noisy

Cons:

The party outside will last until 4 a.m., which may make it difficult for some people to fall asleep. Also, this part of Berlin is quite dirty, and during the darker hours it can feel a bit frightening.

Pros:

Bra boende! Nära till det mesta, tågstation osv. Väldigt fräscht och kändes rymligt.

Cons:

Det negativa var att det inte fanns någon hiss samt att airplay/cast på TV:n inte fungerade 100% men annars var det toppen!

Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Das Apartment war beinem Innenhof. Im Zimmer war es ruhig. Bequeme Betten.
Ideal für einen Familienausflug oder Konzert Besuch.

Cons:

Leider klappte es nicht mit dem Frühstück. Was aber auch kein Problem darstellte, da in der Nähe die East side bakery und die East side mall ist.

Casa grande perfetta per 5 persone, posizione perfetta davanti alla stazione della s-bahn e della u-bahn e vicina anche a alla east side gallery.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento ma l'assistenza è stata pronta ed efficente nel rispondere.

Cons:

Pulizia un po' superficiale e attrezzatura della cucina un po' scarsa per chi sceglie l'appartamento e vuole cucinare in casa

Bis auf die Makel die ich gerade angeführt habe, hat uns die Wohnung für unsere Zwecke gereicht.
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung, kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung war auch sauber. Schade war, dass man in der Küche nicht mit 7 Personen essen konnte. Wir habe dann in Etappen gefrühstückt.

Cons:

sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war das kleine Bad, aber in Familie kann man sich arrangieren. Sehr unangenehm und sehr störend war, zum einen ging die Entlüftung vom Bad in die Küche. Aber das schlimmste und ekligste war, das Wasser von der Dusche wurde über den Abfluss in der Küche geleitet. Dabei entfalteten sich Gerüche von der Spüle aus, die ganze Wohnung hat wie eine Jauchekuhle gestunken.

Het appartement lag redelijk centraal. Alle apparatuur werkte naar behoren en bedden waren comfortabel. Verder was het appartement schoon en netjes.

Het kan enigzins gehorig zijn met geluid van buiten het appartement.

Pros:

Location close to Uber Arenais very convenient. Apartment 602 is facing backyard, no notice from the main street. Apartment except kitchen is recently renovated.

Cons:

If I new in advance that for online check in Ihad to send copies of IDs, I would notbookitfor security reasons. Owner could provide better instructions how-to reach the apartment, I could hardly guess that I should walk through the backyard toanother part of building. Kitchen furniture in poor condition, the extractor did not work properly, I reported it, but it was not fixed during the stay. Due to scaring warnings on fire alarm, I did not use the kitchen for cooking. Other inhabitants did not respect smoking free rules and smoke next to one of the bedrooms, since the apartment is on the ground floor, I could hardly get there fresh air.
