Schöne Aussicht, jedoch schlechte Anbindung ohne eigenes Auto und unterdurchschnittlicher Service und Austattung
Pros:

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ist nicht direkt mit Grab möglich, da die Unterkunft in einer Gated Community liegt. Dafür muss man erst ein paar hundert Meter zum Tor der Gated Community. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr anstrengend, weil es steil bergab und bergauf geht. Am besten mit eigenem Pkw ankommen.

Beim Check-In konnte das Personal nur schlecht auf English kommunizieren. Außerdem schien sie nicht richtig eingearbeitet zu sein und musste über Telefon Anweisungen erhalten.

Nachts wird es relativ kalt, da die Fenster nicht vollständig geschlossen werden können und die Decken dünn und etwas klein sind.

Auf Nachfrage wurde uns versprochen, dass das fehlende Toilettenpapier nachgereicht wird; das ist allerdings nie passiert.

Das Wasser ist für fast einen Tag über eine Nacht hinweg ausgefallen, ohne das sich jemand am selben Tag noch um das Problem gekümmert hat.

Die Fotos auf der Seite spiegeln nicht den jetzigen Zustand des Zimmers wieder. Es gibt welligen Teppichboden und die Bettdecken sind wild zusammengewürfelt.

Very good for long stay and big family getaway. Haven’t tried booking for Grab so not sure if it’s suitable for commutin
Pros:

I like the view from the balcony though our room doesn’t have direct access to, guest can still visit the area and get some pictures and enjoy the view. Very spacious living area which is common if you are staying with other visitor. Toilet is common but luckily we are the only guest so we have some privacy. Towels are clean. It has bidet which very essential nowadays so it’s another plus but due to low water pressure, it is not much helpful i think. :)

Cons:

The place within exclusive subdivisions so expect peace and quiet, however if you are commuting, the house is far from the main gate so you take some effort to get to the main road.

Great room, little to no complaints
Pros:

our host Cha, was really kind and welcoming. we came late at night, and she was able to book us a taxi when we had left very early in the morning. great host!

Cons:

looking for a plug in the room was a bit challenging. it was there but very limited. would recommend bringing an extension cable.
