Prima locatie om Bologna te ontdekken
Pros:

De locatie is super, je zit midden in het centrum van Bologna. In de studio is het rustig, ondanks dat je midden in het centrum zit. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Op de begane grond is doordeweeks een concierge aanwezig, aardige en behulpzame man.

Cons:

Parkeren in de nabijheid is duur, maar er stopt doordeweeks een bus voor de deur. Als je kosten wilt besparen kan je het beste in een buitenwijk parkeren en dan de buss pakken.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

I loved this property. It was directly in the center, super clean, snacks and water were given to us upon our arrival, the room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone that worked at the property were really nice and helpful.

Great updated studio apt in older building in heart of city center.
Pros:

In the the old center of the city. Large studio apt with high ceilings, tasteful new decor and older building with charming and ckanky elevator. Pleasant, friendly and communicative host. Great AC. Food options galore just steps away.

Cons:

It is a bit noisy but it comes with being a mere 25 ft from several restaurants.

Sarà un punto di riferimento per i per i miei futuri soggiorni a Bologna, non esiterò a ritornarci
Pros:

Un aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è stata la possibilità di fare una colazione essenziale in completa autonomia direttamente in camera, con il necessario a disposizione per iniziare la giornata con comodità e senza vincoli di orario.
La posizione è davvero eccellente: nel pieno centro di Bologna, permette di raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni, i ristoranti e le vie più caratteristiche della città. È la soluzione ideale per chi desidera visitare Bologna senza dover utilizzare mezzi di trasporto. La qualità del soggiorno, l'ottima posizione e l'atmosfera accogliente della struttura hanno reso l'esperienza davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza riguarda l'oscuramento della camera: nonostante la presenza della tenda oscurante, sin dalle prime ore del mattino filtra comunque un luce dall'esterno. Un sistema di oscuramento più completo potrebbe rendere il riposo ancora più confortevole. Nonostante questo piccolo dettaglio, il giudizio complessivo rimane estremamente positivo.

The friendly service of Mr. Paolo at the reception.

Cons:

There was no cleaning service during the 4 nights. On the 5th day when I was supposed to leave at 11 am, the cleaner came at 11.05 and they called me twice from their office to tell me not to be late. I left at 11.20. This pressure for a few minutes did not leave a good impression on me.
