Very good!
Pros:

They didn't have free breakfast, but everything was perfect for our stay.

Cons:

To be able to book another night with this hotel, because we needed one more night and we had to booked with a different hotel.

Good value - better information needed for customers as to how to use the airport shuttle.
Pros:

The hotel has nice, large, quiet rooms and is good value for money. The coffee machine in the room worked well also!

Cons:

I wasn't able to use the airport shuttle.
After waiting some time at SFO international (about 30 minutes) without the shuttle turning up, and unsuccessfully trying to call the hotel (using phone number 56 on the telephone provided at the hotel shuttle stop outside the international terminal) I gave up and got the BART train to San Bruno - however, the station is about a mile north of the hotel but it was a good chance to get some exercise!

Pros:

LOCATION! The hotel location is great! There are lots of restaurants nearby and so close to the airport, and they provide shuttle services. I have stayed here 3x alearedy and will stay here again when visiting my family.
