Worst ever. Don't dare to book by looking the images

Cons:

Worst staff. Don't even care about the basic hygiene of the rooms once the guest is checked in. Staff is eating from the breakfast they are serving putting durty hands in the food. No management. Lot's of noise coming from other rooms. Totally waste of money and very bad experience.

Cons:

1.Location of the Hotel is poor. Approach road to hotel is very narrow. two cars cannot side by side.
2.Given the rate charged, there are several other hotels better located, but tariff is less.
3. We were forced to give full advance of three days during check-in. We checked in at 3.30 PM on 27th March 2025.
Checked out at 10 AM next day. Against our full payment of Rs 15318 for 3 nights. We were only refunded Rs 4319.
We were told, it is as per advice of Booking.com. As we were in a hurry, to move into a far better located hotel at lower price, we did not extend the argument, and moved out.
4. What we understand they do not give better located rooms to online booked customers.

Horrible stay
Pros:

The property is very much below the expectation.

Cons:

The room was shabby and stuffy. The window opens to a filthy narrow surrounding. So it is always closed resulting the room to be non ventilated. The bedsheets and blanket covers are not cleaned properly having some stains. Even the towels are not in proper shape. The breakfast spread is horrible with very little option and taste is also very bad. The restaurant is very small and in the peak hour of breakfast one have to stand and have food since there is no sufficient place to sit. The staffs don't even know the etiquette of providing a saucer with a cup if someone asks for coffee. Overall it is a very bad stay

Pros:

Airconditioning was good. Beach view is good only from restaurant

Cons:

Food had no variety. Menu is just for show off. No toiletries in the washroom. No hand towels. No good bath towels. Amenities need lots of improvement. Bad pillows.

Location . Standard rooms were too small … it was suffocating . No fresh air , no hot water . Some bathroom doors were not closing at all

Extremely Bad Experience
Pros:

Relatively newly constructed, View from rooftop.

Cons:

Food, service, cleanliness, location. Basics not taken care of. Untrained staff. I relied on reviews on Booking app, that now appear to be fake/paid/inaccurate.

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff are exceptional helpful.Guru prasad the manager looked after all my needs. As a british female travelling alone I felt the hotel staff looked after all my needs very intentive indeed. The place feels like a family run hotel. Food was fantastic. Strongly recommend this place. The hotel organised someone to take me to jagannath temple which saved me alot of time. Bonus point access to beach and swimming in the bay of bengal
