كسب العملاء و الزبائن يكون بالتعامل الراقي و المحترم

الموقع ممتاز جدا و انصح فيه كل الخدمات موجوده حول الفندق أسواق مطاعم متنوعه بقالات و مولات مغاسل مقاهي مشاغل .

التعامل مادي بحت تدفع نخدمك ما تدفع ما فيه خدمة
حجزت 3 غرف و جناح لمده 5 ايام .... ولما أردت امدد يوم حسب لي اليوم بنفس السعر بدون اي تخفيض او عرض زين
ثانيا بخصوص خدمه الغرف و تنظيف الغرف يطلب منك العامل الاتصال على الإستقبال و عشان ترتيب و تنظيف الغرف.

مواقف البيسمنت

لا يوجد اجهزه كهربائي ويحول اعطائك وعد انه عندما تتوفر من شقه اخرى سيحضرها لك وبعد ذلك لا يتم احضار شي وتتم المماطله الى ان تنتهي فترة اقامتك .لم تستطع ادارة الفندق توفير غساله مكرويف مكوى غلاية ماء .والاسعار مرتفعه رغم عدم توفيرهم لها.

تعامل الموظف السعودي سيء جدا ،، كذاك لايوجد مستلزمات العنايه الشخصيه بالغرفه حتى بعد طلبها لم يتم توفيرها والاثاث والسرير فديم . ايضا اذا لم يتم تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعه 2 كحد اقصى لو تتاخر دقيقه يتم احتساب سعر اقامه جديد ، مدخل الفندق دائما مغلق بسبب وجود سياره واقفه تعيق الحركه وعند ابلاغ موظف الاستقبال قال احنا مانقدر نسوي شي ؟! اضطريت انا ابلغ المرور و موظف الامن الي كان طول الوقت مشغول بجواله او خارج المكان . تجربه سيئه لن تتكرر
