Location was decent.

Many sockets but broken and cannot be used. The staff didnt tell me where the car park lift.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the Petronas Towers. However, our experience was disappointing. In the middle of our stay, we were asked to move to another apartment due to scheduled maintenance. There was no prior notice or apology, and we were only given a few hours to pack up and relocate. We had to rush back from being out just to pack, and once we were ready, we were told to wait because the new apartment wasn’t ready. It was poorly managed, caused a lot of stress, and wasted our time.
the check in and out process. could have been more neater. host could just come to our room and help us check out. i waited for so long for him to go and check the room

Dirty, better not to trust pictures, no carpets, furniture need to be refreshed
Employee Towhid was very co-operative meet us at 3. 00 AM and made chick in. Very nice.

our first room was smell like garbage, ive made a complain and requestED to the PIC to change room. just waste my time with my family. and i thou for the price that i pay i will get at least a proper experience on that place but no.
Well, the location was perfect. The apartment had well enough amenities and the host was very attentive to our needs. So 10+ for his service.
The only problem was that they only give us one key card and it was so hard for individuals to go out alone. The apartment is in need of good maintenance in order to keep up its good rating.
