Cons:

The desk and TV stand had spills that were never cleaned off. Every corner had cob webbs, back of sitting chair was broken and the carpets looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks.

Dreadful facility and horrible conditions.

Our room was broken into while we had dinner. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. The room had been smoked in and there were no blankets or pillows on the terrible bed. In 50 years of traveling this was the worst place I have ever seen.

Not good at all. Stayed a few times years ago and it was a nice hotel. In bad shape now.
Pros:

The two young ladies that tried to take care of me were very nice. They did not have what they needed to do a good job. The pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no security, doors wide open at night. No vending machine, no ability to even purchase a bottle of water, one light in bathroom did not work. TV was terrible, not much channels/access. I ordered a meal and the vendor did not send plastic ware, there was not even one fork in the entire hotel that I could use for the rice I ordered. No plates, only came up with two plastic knives. Dark, outdated, very worn. Terrible rain storm and my ceiling leaked.

Pros:

Ice machine.

Cons:

Rooms were all horrible. Had to go down 3 times after checking in at 11pm. The rooms all had messed up bathrooms that doors wouldn’t close. We were given adjoining rooms after asking again. The problem with that is the room had boot curtain, no hot water, and the toilet didn’t flush. I went down stairs again to tell the woman. She said ok I’ll deal with it. Next morning I tell the guy at the desk, same story. Get back from Mohegan (we had a basketball tournament) and it’s still not fixed. Now the woman downstairs saying oh well I told the kids and you all decided to still take that room, thing is that room was the original one we were given. I can change your room but it won’t be adjoining. It was a mess. No elevator either. Also breakfast Saturday morning was just watered down juice when it was advertised as much, much more. Sunday morning I went to check and they covered the signs with a paper like the website doesn’t say continental breakfast. All around horrible experience. Fridge in rooms barely worked either. Kept food just under room temp. Had to throw all the sandwich meat out.
