​When I arrived at the hotel, the staff demanded extra money beyond the online payment I had already made. Since they refused to honor the original price and asked for more money, I decided not to stay there and had to book another hotel instead.
​I am not willing to pay double the amount for a room. Therefore, I request you to process my refund as soon as possible.
