Закрытая часная территория, парковка у дома, вполне тихо для курортного города, всё необходимое в наличии.

Cons:

Спальные места реально на 2 чел на верху, диван и кровать слабо приспособлены к отдыху после дней ударного отдыха, но ко всему приходится привыкать

Everything was so clean. Some items were brand new. Towels, kitchenware, bedsheets, and everything else were plentiful and brand new.

The neighbourhood was really dilapidated.

okay to spend a night
Pros:

close to the metro station, spacious, the owner is very friendly, nicely equipped

Cons:

the apartment is located in the basement of a private house and has just one small window in the hall, the bedrooms are dark and have no fresh air, the fans are helpful but too loud to leave for the night. the bed mattress is too firm, for me it was okay but my friend said it was the worst bed in his life. the water in the shower was hard to set to hot and when someone turned on the water upstairs it was losing all the pressure
