The perfect stay
Pros:

The hosts have designed a beautiful set of villa’s that provide a sanctuary in the hustle & bustle lgpf Seminyak. The personal touches include the hosts going out of their way to recommend local hot spots that are beyond tourist traps - I found hidden gems because of them.

The pictures in booking.com does not do the place justice.
Pros:

Everything from the rooms, facilities, check in/check out process and the overall ambience of the villas itself is truly amazing. and their friendly cat & dog too!

Cons:

At times there could be mosquitoes around and small but harmless bugs going into your room, but understandable as its surrounded by plants.

I would never stay here again
Pros:

The hotel grounds were nice and it's clear the building is quite new. The decor is also nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues during my stay.

I found the staff less helpful than I had hoped, especially when I had issues with some missing items from my room.

A bag containing personal items went missing. The hotel later claimed it had been thrown away by staff by mistake, which I found hard to believe. My room was not messy or unorganized—everything was neatly placed, and the large paper bag in question was clearly visible on top of the desk.

The missing items were not things that could reasonably be mistaken for trash. They included clothing with price tags still attached, two bags of sealed coffee, almost 1 kg of store-bought, unopened Christmas cookies, and various gifts and souvenirs—items that were clearly valuable (to me) and meant to be kept. There were no open food containers or anything that would attract insects. They were not placed on the floor or near a trash can. I was also informed that my items could not be retrieved from the trash, as it had already been taken. Maybe good/bad timing?

What made the situation even more concerning was that, about half an hour after I inquired about my missing items, one single item suddenly "reappeared" in the lost and found. This suggests that my belongings may not have been simply discarded with the whole bag.

The most disappointing part was how the situation with my missing belongings was handled. I felt that my concerns were not addressed with the empathy and professionalism I expected.

After I was clearly shaken by the reaction to the incident, I was offered a refund, which I politely refused. It was not about the value of the items but about feeling safe and being able to trust the people entering my space. The entire situation was incredibly stressful. I felt pressured as the manager kept insisting, which was very awkward (hugging me and holding my hand) as I never wanted any money or ever asked for it!

I love it all
Pros:

I am in love with the villa. Vinny is very kind host, she upgraded our villa to the second floor so we get the best view with all the trees and green. Robert as the owner of the villa welcoming and greet us in person. Very special how they treat us during our stay! Vinny also prepared us the breakfast in person, my husband loves it and we had it at the terrace with green views surrounding us, very lovely to stay at martini suites. Very nice design interior. I definitely will come back and stay at martini suites for our next trip to bali. Thank you

Cons:

Nothing! Just regret we stayed only 1 night.

Great contact with our host Vinnie before and during our stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

The suite was a really great size, bright with lots of windows and indoor and outdoor spaces. Fresh coconut water and cold beer in the fridge on arrival was a welcome relief from the heat outside! The complementary continental breakfast was made up of beautiful fresh fruit and pastries, with fresh juice every morning. Coffee pods in the room meant we didn’t need to do a coffee run each day and filtered water dispenser was great to have. Vinnie was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, she is fun and very helpful with knowledge of where to eat and any other amenities we might need. The suite is cleaned every day by a lovely team of cleaners. Robert has created a little oasis behind the front gate, it was a delightful surprise to be greeted by lush tropical foliage all over the property that provides privacy between the suites and a great holiday vibe.
