Apart from being woken up early every morning, our stay was nice, we used the pool and swimming in the ocean was great.
Pros:

Clean room, large bathroom, walking distance to a beach.

Cons:

From the rooms with the shared balcony facing the lake, which is a large dirty pond, you can hear cockerel very early in the morning and loud speakers waking the village from 5:30 to 6:30 am. You can’t hear them as much in the rooms facing the other way.

La habitación es amplia y son todos muy amables. El desayuno estuvo muy bien

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionó una noche y la ubicación no es buena ya que da a una playa que no es linda .

Pros:

Amazing staff, very supportive and helpful. Good breakfest, spa availability, hotel is very close to beach.

Cons:

Around it is construction area and the water reservoir next to hotel is dirty, so the view from any side is not nice at all.Bed matresses are very hard, not comfortable sleeping.

schade - ich kann das Haus nicht empfehlen

sehr Hilfsbereites , freundliches Personal , das einfache Fruehstueck wurde frisch zubereitet , kurzer Weg zum Strand , der aber eher eine Müllhalde ist

Cons:

das ist kein Hotel , welches sich 3 Sterne geben kann, es ist eher eine einfache Herberge inmitten von Bauruinen und verwahrlosten Grundstücken , leider alles sehr abgenutzt , die Hochglanzbilder aus der Vergangenheit sind bestimmt 15 Jahre alt , alles sehr hellhörig , Matratzen ohne jeglichen Schlafkomfort , da das Haus offen gestaltet ist , sind auch immer wieder andere kleine Gäste im Gelände unterwegs gewesen, der Aufenthalt war zwar günstig , aber mehr war es auch nicht wert , schade . Das Personal konnte diese Missstaende auch nicht ausgleichen

Wenn man die Zimmer mit Balkon nimmt, dann ist die Unterkunft OK
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Man ist schnell am Strand. Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist aber vermüllt. Wenn man Richtung Süden geht, findet man aber schönere Abschnitte.

Die Power Bowl zum Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind bei Booking nicht gut beschrieben. Auf den Bildern ist der Balkon abgebildet, der bei den Standardzimmern gar nicht dazu gehört. Daher kann ich die bessere Zimmerkategorie empfehlen, die sind auch ruhiger.
Eins von unseren Zimmern hat sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss gestunken. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnten wir das Zimmer leider erst nach zwei Tagen tauschen. Das Hotelpersonal war aber sehr bemüht und der Wechsel inkl. Upgrade dann auch unproblematisch.

Die Lage ist nicht so ideal. Weiter südlich gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Strandbars, aber die sind 2-3km weit weg.

Und zu guter letzt wurde man früh vom Baulärm der Baustelle nebenan geweckt. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts für, ist aber dennoch ärgerlich.

Pros:

Our family enjoyed our time at Hestia HaMy Beach House: the personnel are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean, just the same as on photos. The seaside is only 5 minutes away, and the Old town is 15 minutes away by car. Want to come back again there!

The room was exactly the same as shown in the photos

This was my first time visiting Hoi An city. I found this hotel very suitable for solo travelers, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nice, peaceful place for the most part.
Pros:

An open airey place outside the bustle of old town Hoi An . The beach is close by , nice to walk .

There is a construction site next door. I had to walk to find a restaurant , morning market.
