Locatie; niet ver van Sagrada Familia en metrohaltes. Ook supermarktjes en eetgelegenheden in de buurt.
Communicatie; zeer goed verder geholpen door de uitbaters. Aangezien er niemand ter plaatse was om ons te ontvangen, werden we via WhatsApp heel goed bijgestaan.
Appartement op zich was heel proper en ruimtelijk. Eigen keukentje en badkamer en 3 slaapkamers.
Ook mochten we ons huisdier (kat) meenemen, wat een heel groot pluspunt was.

Cons:

Redelijk harde matrassen. Minder goed geslapen.
Iets minder goed geïsoleerd tegen geluid van de buren, dit was wel te horen.

If I could give more stars, I would!
Pros:

I honestly wish I could give more than five stars—this apartment stay was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. It felt like stepping into a stylish home rather than a rental.

Unlike a typical hotel room, this apartment offered so much more for the same price. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses—you name it, it was there. We even had an iron and other thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable.

What really stood out was the communication. Everything was arranged through WhatsApp, and the responses were incredibly fast and helpful. Although we didn’t visit their reception, the team provided us with clear and detailed instructions, including access codes and all the info we needed to check in smoothly and safely on our own. It couldn’t have been more efficient or reassuring.

Overall, this was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment exceeded all expectations, and the service was truly outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others—and will absolutely be back myself!

El barri ple de petits comerćos.Tranquilitat.Accés al metro per anar a tot arreu

Faltaven tovalloles petites.La mampara del cuarto de bany petit no ajustava prou bé i inundables.Ultim dia li vaig trobar el truquillo.
No hi ha rentaplats ni cafetera nespresso O similar.
També he trobat a faltar mes draps de cuina i fregalls nou.
I seria d'agrair mínim de citrelleria al arrivar:olisal,vinagre.
El llit meu feia molt soroll al girar

Very mid experience
Pros:

Location was good and most importantly, it was quiet and peaceful. However, the negatives outweigh the positives.

Cons:

Same as everywhere in Barcelona, this place should not cost €170 per night in the off-season (end of November).
The apartment feels like a run-down IKEA showroom, with extremely uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. You get one towel for four nights per person, which is not acceptable at this price point.

If you plan to use the kitchen, keep in mind that you need to bring absolutely everything yourself. There’s no salt, no sugar, no oil, nothing. Not even a coffee machine.

While the apartment was relatively clean, it still felt sticky and worn, as if cleanliness was only surface-level. If you know, you know.

Prekrasno bivanje blizu Sagrade Familije
Pros:

Uživali smo v stanovanju. Čisto, svetlo, prostorno, z dobro opremljeno kuhinjo. Balkon je bil dodaten plus. Tri osebe smo imele tri spalnice, dve kopalnici. Ponoči zelo mirno in varno. Blizu Sagrada Familia in Recinte San Pau.

Denar za varščino smo dobili nazaj zelo hitro. Gostitelji so bili zelo odzivni in prijazni.
