Pros:

Een charmant hotel, tuin mooi onderhouden, kamers waren comfortabel. Personeel zowel van de receptie als bar/restaurant waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het is heel duidelijk een familiehotel. Wij hebben helaas niet echt genoten van het zwembad of de « rust » omdat de omgeving van het zwembad eerder klein was en er heel veel kids aanwezig waren. Op zich geen groot probleem aangezien het een prima gezellig hotel is maar zou het eerder aanraden aan families ipv vriendengroepen of koppels.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren super. Bei unser Problem waren sie lösungsorientiert und haben dies auch super gelöst. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Nikki.

Das Restaurant und der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel war top. Auch das Zimmer, was wir letztendlich hatten war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten zuerst Zimmer 21 (4-Bett-Zimmer). Hiervon sollte man fern bleiben. Man fühlt sich abgestellt und nachts hat man keine Chance zu schlafen, da die Hauptstraße direkt nebenan ist und die Geräuschkulisse extrem ist. Als würde man ohne Fenster und Wände an der Hauptstraße stehen. Daher auch die Note für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für den Preis, dieses Zimmer ist meines Erachtens nicht vertretbar.
Am nächsten Morgen haben wir dies direkt bemängelt und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst, indem wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben.

The perfect beautiful place to relax. Book it while you can
Pros:

This smaller resort was perfect. We were made so welcome by all the staff at The Blue Turtle. The rooms were great and very clean and modern with air con and lovely bathrooms. The location was amazing at the top of Chewang Beach, a quiet spot but not far from the action. The food was really good and reasonably priced. Happy hour cocktails were much appreciated. I stayed for 5 nights in Feb 26 along with a number of family members and friends. Everyone said how much they really enjoyed their stay and all the staff were amazing. Thank you for looking after us! Would definitely go back next time we are in Koh Samui

Pros:

Rent och prydligt beläget i utkanten av Chaweng beach. Ingen rolig strand precis nedanför men Chaweng erbjuder både beach clubs och möjligheter att sola på andra delar av stranden. Okej mat till rimliga priser på hotellet. Frukosten skulle kunna förbättras avsevärt.
Bra rum/bungalows med plats för 4. Vi reste med två små barn. Allt som allt okej för priset men inget som stack ut.

Cons:

Poolområdet är rätt trist och inklämt. Känns rätt smutsigt och skulle kunna uppdateras lite. Mysigt med platser mot havet att hänga på terrassen, men strandområdet skulle kunna förbättras och även frukosten lämnar mycket att önska.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr sauber, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, Küche sauber und köstlich, ruhige Lage. Trinkwasser in zur Verfügung gestellten Glasflaschen, konnte man an vielen Stellen wieder selber kostenfrei nachfüllen, Sehr weiter zu empfehlen!

Fantastisch met name door het personeel maar ook de locatie, faciliteiten in de buurt en schoonheid van dit stukje van h
Pros:

Het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam, vriendelijk en professioneel. Ze gingen heel leuk met onze dochter van 2 om in interacties maar ook door bijvoorbeeld speciaal van handdoeken een poppetje te maken en het bed te versieren.

Cons:

Als er één ding is waren het de kikkers, die loeien als koeien ‘s nachts wanneer het geregend heeft. Ook daar hielp het personeel mee door op verzoek van een andere gast ‘s nachts de kikkers te gaan vangen.

Très belle hôtel à recommander
Pros:

L'hôtel est parfait les chambres sont très confortables le personnel est très sympathique et fait tout pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Les lits sont un peu plus dur pour les enfants. La vue est très belle. À 5 minutes des grands centres comme Chaweng ou lamai mais cet hôtel permet d'être au calme. Parfait pour des vacances en famille l'hôtel n'est pas bondé ni la piscine. La mer est devant l'hôtel mais il faut parcourir 200 m environ pour pouvoir se baigner car le niveau de l'eau est très bas. Nous étions ravis. Le restaurant est également très très bon ouvrir toute la journée les petits déjeuner sont très sympa aussi pas de buffet mais des assiettes qu'on peut choisir soit salées soit sucrées et cetera. Et pas cher. Le personnel du restaurant est également très sympathique. Eau potable gratuite à volonté toute la journée et toute la nuit. Grâce à des purificateurs très performants. Et aussi un bravo aux femmes de ménage qui viennent tous les jours et font un travail super. Location sur place pas chère non plus de paddle et canoë.

Beautiful hotel. Location is great theres everything near by. 7/11, resteraunt, bars. Massage a laundry. Lovely clean hotel decorated beautifully. The staff were all fabulous and accommidating. We stayed here 6 nights

Bon séjour dans un bel hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

- le style, la décoration
- le personnel très accueillant
- localisation à proximité de tout (commerces, salons de massages, restaurants, locations de scooter, plage)

Cons:

- manque de calme autour de la piscine, l’établissement ne met pas de règles, des clients dont la terrasse donnait sur la piscine commune mettaient la musique fort sur leur enceinte, et personne n’a rien dit. Pareil pour les parents avec leurs enfants qui sautent partout et crient, mais malheureusement pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtel
- petit déjeuner pas inclus, trop cher pour ce qu’il est
