The room was above a chicken farm with three cockerels making noise all night. Little sleep.
When arrived the lift was broken so had to carry luggage up four flights of stairs.

We had a full suite with two balconies, which was very unexpected and made the stay pleasant enough.
The staff were also helpful and attentive on the front desk and helped us book local transport. We liked that you can fill up water from the dispenser in reception.
The AC in the room is so noisy, it makes it hard to sleep.
The finish on the whole room was poor, especially in the bathroom.
We booked this because it was the only hotel with a gym, but it was unusable. There was no AC in the "gym" and in a tiny room with no ventilation it was unbearably hot. It also lacked a full range of weights. We ended up paying for a day pass at the gym down the road.
The location could be better, you need to get a tuk tuk into town, as the paths aren't walkable.
The hotel feels very stuffy and business like, there seemed to be conferences staying at the same time.
The Sky Bar was closed when we tried to use it.
Breakfast was OK on one day but then switched to being a buffet style and no one seemed to know what was going on.

Very smelly lift, common area and the room
Lovely staff. Nice clean room. Good breakfast.
Room smelt. They moved us, but the bathroom smelt in that one. The showers are not properly sealed.
Nur das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich, der Rest ist zu vergessen.
Schimmelige Zimmer, nach der ersten Nacht urgiert, neues Zimmer bekommen, wieder Bad und Schlafraum schimmelig. Frühstück immer das selbe, auf die frage um roomservice wurde ich nur gefragt was ich den benötige, habe nach weiterer Anfrage frisches wasser zum Zähneputzen bekommen. Bin nicht sonderlich anspruchsvoll, aber habe in Kambodscha noch nie so viele Probleme um so teueres Geld gehabt

Staff very polite and helpful.
Bathroom door didn’t close, when we got in there was no electricity-finally we found out that the mains was off ( nothing was said to us), ants were present, not set up for 3 persons as per our booking, no cleaning service during our two night stay, before our departure the cleaning staff just walked in.
Misleading info on Booking.com about distance from center of town: 500m mentioned instead of actual 1.5 km.
Also no safety box although mentioned on booking.
Breakfast very very basic.
