It is a total disrespect by Booking.com to advert this as a hotel room when in fact is an airbnb room

Vila Olimpia is a nice neighborhood and the pool was pretty nice.
First of all you are not booking directly with a hotel, but with an apartment rental agency (x_vantage) that rents a room from the actual hotel. I think thats already not very clear from seeing the add. For the check-in you only receive an hour before a digital form. Transferring the information from the agency to the actual hotel was not working. Also the internet was not pre-payed so I arrived without internet access (the hotel itself did not help me with that). Then I needed to run after the agency to pay for the internet access and to have it activated by the hotel. When I complained to the agency about anything I received very rude answers.
In the room itelf the kitchen area is pretty old and used up (not like in the pictures). There were with stains on one of the couches. The windows are pretty thin and even tho you are on the 16th floor you hear the street very clearly. There are only 2 elevators that are not synchronized for a building with more than 20 floors. So I kind of takes a lot of time waiting for it. Additionally one of them made noises strange noises. The other one was broken on my last day.
To sum it up, if it was half the price that I actually paid, it would have been acceptable. I do not recommend to stay at this place.
