Pros:

It is a scam. I booked 1 room for 2 persons during the F1 race week. They didnt want me to check in but I believe they sold the room for other customer at a much higher price. I did not have a room at 10pm and other hotels were fully booked so I had to stay overnight on our rental car

Cons:

Booking.con didnot do anything to help me. Event a single reply after 3 days. This is the worse customer service even I am a genius level 3.

Price seemed reasonable

Cons:

I booked for two people, the same way I always do on booking.com and even my confirmation said one room for two people. When I arrived, they said that just means one room that holds two people and wanted to charge me more money for a second person
