Pros:

The hotel is new so it’s beautiful . And Clean. What could be better? Please have water available at the hotel . We had to go to the next hotel to get ice and water . Room Bathroom towels could be bigger and thicker. Towels could be provided at pool area. There is no room service? . We asked to a blanket late at night bc the room was cold and only sheets were provided . We were told ; they don’t drop off anything at our room. We had to get dressed and grab it at the lobby . No clothing iron in the room . We had to pay $20 euros at the lobby for them to let us borrow it . Then we had to take it back right after to the lobby and they reimburse the $20 euros.

The included breakfast . It was fresh and good for the first few days . Then the bread was stale bread . The coffee machine wast brewing properly . And the fresh squeezed orange juice was then changed for boxed juice . The quality of the breakfast overall was just going down hill . I was there for a week.

Geweldig.
Pros:

Personeel was geweldig, zonder anderen te kort te doen, Christina, Giorgio, Alex en Sofia geweldige mensen. Ontbijt perfect, locatie perfect en een hememelse zonsondergang. De manager van de receptie een geweldige man, attent en heel aardig, vakman!!

Cons:

De hygiëne in het zwembad kan beter, de technische dienst dient hier meer aandacht aan te geven.

Luxury stay beware of the extra charges!
Pros:

All new and super fancy. Gym could have been bigger. But in general all good.

We had a bad experience with the parking since they charged means I did not use it. I opened a case and still didn’t get my money back. Beware of the concierge if he offers parking!!!

Comodidad, buenas vistas y buen servicio
Pros:

Es un hotel precioso, con vistas al mar increíbles. Me encantó el bar que hay en la azotea desde donde se ve el atardecer. El personal es súper amable y el desayuno muy completo. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

1000% would revisit! Location was ideal for our group, the scenery and setting is beautiful and the hotel was wonderful.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Rooms and hotel were clean and well presented. Considering this is a new hotel you would not know. The manager is brilliant, friendly and runs the hotel extremely well.

Cons:

Breakfast is held at the Vibra Yamm Urban hotel across the road, you have to pre-book a time slot and the food selection wasn’t the best. However the staff were lovely there also.

Cons:

Roubaram me obejetos pessoais ( óculos de sol) presumo que tenha sido alguém das limpezas ao fazer a limpeza diária do quarto, apresentei queixa na recepção e disseram que não podia fazer nada.
Não volto a hospedar me neste hotel nem recomendo a outras pessoas.
