Comfortable, clean and cozy.
Pros:

The location was very good, it was close to a lot of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and famous sights. I am quite particular about cleanliness and the room, bathroom, sheets, towels, sink, the hotel's common spaces, and even the small closet was very clean. The staff was very very friendly and helpful with everything. There was free coffee in the lobby, also a free water dispenser on our floor. I'm sure there are cheaper hotels, but I felt that the comfort and cleanliness was well worth the money. I have stayed in a few Ibis hotels around the world, not all of them are this comfortable. If I come back to Tbilisi, I will absolutely stay here again.

Pros:

Our room had a nice scenery and hotel location is good.

Cons:

Even though we indicated our check-in time before arrival, we had to wait for 20-30 mins because receptionist was doing audit. Room was small and layout was very bad. It was hard to adjust water heat in the shower. Bed was shaky and uncomfortable. Toiled door was skewed, we had to push outside to close it.
