Good location, new hotel in Suzhou
Pros:

This is a new hotel. The rooms are small but well oriented. I would have liked a bit more space for luggage but we made it work.

The breakfast and bar/check-in area downstairs was nice. The gym is small but well equipped with new equipment.

Cons:

As a foreign traveler I went to do laundry but in order to operate their system you need a local cell number. The staff helped but limited English made this challenging. The clothes didn't dry and they didn't have anyone to help me sort that out at the time so I was hanging clothes off every hook I could find in our room.

It would be helpful if there was a different way to operate these machines especially for foreign travelers.

Muy bien pero nos hubiera gustado una estadia mas larga...
Pros:

Buen desayuno. Muy buena decoración. Moderno. Ubicado sobre una avenida importante. Limpio. Nos dieron habitación adaptada para persona con movilidad reducida, beneficioso para mi mamá en silla de ruedas. Trago de bienvenida ^^. Inodoro super inteligente, con todas las funciones.

Cons:

Precio, un poco alto para mi presupuesto. No hay habitaciones para 4 personas.

Not bad location, good laundry facility and breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Small room, no wardrobe, no seats/sofa for two people, not clean enough. When we checked in, there were muddy shoe marks on the floor.

Overall we had a great experience, and if we ever coming back to Suzhou, we’d definitely return!
Pros:

The hotel is surprisingly modern, the staff are very friendly and informative. Love the heated toilet seat!!

Cons:

The gym was a bit too simple, with only a big punch bag, a set of dumbbells with 10kg maximum weight and some treadmills.
