Le cadre ,grand parc ,proprice aux événements. Bonne table. Personnel de salle agréable.

La chambre ...un four étouffant. Je suis descendue pour demander un ventilateur comme il est stipulé sur le site .. il m a répondu que c etait les invités du mariage de la veille qui les avaient donc il n y en avait plus. Il ne faut pas accepter de la clientèle si c est pour les faire dormir dans ces conditions c est inadmissible. Impossible d ouvrir les fenetres 20cm et elles sont bloquées. Pas possible de laisser les rideaux ouverts lumière de l hotel toute la nuit .
Je ne conseille pas cet hotel surtout en été.
Pas d ascenseur. Ouverture de la porte une galère sans nom.

Can recommend and will stay again if in the area
Pros:

We sat in the lovely garden for drinks before dinner in the bar. The food in the bar was extreamly good and good value for money, excellent service.
Breakfast was equally as good and again with excellent service.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

​We recently stayed at the Castle Oaks House Hotel for a concert at Thomond Park, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.

​While almost every other hotel in and around Limerick completely hiked their prices the second the concert was announced, Castle Oaks kept their rates incredibly fair and honest. That level of integrity is so rare these days, and it instantly made a massive impression on us.

​The property itself is beautiful, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. All thr staff were incredibly helpful but Josephine and Maggie were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, looked after every detail with a smile, and genuinely made our trip unforgettable. Food was amazing and we had the best nights sleep.

​If you are looking for top-tier hospitality, a gorgeous setting, and a hotel that actually treats its customers with respect instead of gouging them, look no further. We will absolutely be back!

Pros:

This hotel was amazing. We went for my girlfriend’s birthday and we were upgraded to the suite which made her birthday. In the room they had a lovely arrange of desserts with a happy birthday note. The staff were so polite and welcoming especially Josephine and Isabelle. The woman at breakfast was also lovely. Will definitely be back again.
