A super ‘suite’ hotel experience
Pros:

We were unexpectedly upgraded to one of the suites and it was gorgeous. After trying out of the leisure centre’s sauna, we ventured to the bar and restaurant for dinner, and the food was impeccable as was the service. A fresh cooked breakfast, along with a buffet of cereals and pastries, was delicious. Shout out to all the staff, especially the chef who made the Guinness bread!

The location was great, the whole house setup was perfect for our family! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Disappointed to be fair. I have booked a stay for May but I think I will be cancelling out unfortunately.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Badezimmer modern.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer ist zu einer Seite abgefallen. Wenn man darauf gelaufen ist haben die Schränke gewackelt. Generell ist es sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war ok. Das Wasser in der Badewanne war erst am nächsten Morgen abgelaufen und aus dem Abfluss hat es gestunken. Außerdem steht hier auf booking.com, dass in jeder Option, die man bucht, Frühstück dabei ist und vor Ort war dann doch kein Frühstück dabei. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in meinen Augen mies. Werde es nicht nochmal buchen.
