Pros:

Estrutura boa, apto muito bom, area de piscina.

Cons:

Colchão da sala meio desconfortável.
O restaurante trocou a dona, esta péssimo o café, péssimo atendimento do novo dono, bem sem educação e comida do bar da praia ficou péssima.

A antiga proprietária atendia melhor, conduzia melhor a gestão dos funcionários.

Ótimo custo benefício!
Pros:

Apartamento de ótima localização,pé na areia na Praia de Ponta Negra. Com 2 camas de casal espaçosas e ambientes diferentes, com arcondicionado . Possui um microondas e uma pia e uma mini geladeira. O apartamento é simples ,mas atendeu perfeitamente minha família. A área da piscina também e boa.

Cons:

As roupas de cama não são novas, porém estavam limpas e cheirosas.
