Overall experience was really good
View was not too good.
It was ok not much batter as per money.
Beds and linien were clean and made well. Hotel Personnels were nice and tried to help. It was nice reception hall and clean lobby.
-The heating system was not sufficient, Inverter AC set for 30 °C would need ages to warm your room and if it was off only for few seconds room will get cold suddenly.
-Warm water will take many minutes literally to flow.
There were windows for every room but of no use as the buildings next to it are so close that no sunlight will come to your room.
-Side drawers were dirty very dirty, it were the previsou guests who left food leftover but room service should have cleaned it.
-All in all, I was not satisfied with the services compared to the Rent I paid.

Bathrooms are cold and have water leakage issues .

A mirror in the room would have been handy.
Not far from citycenter just walking distance, generally was ok to stay. Staff was ok.
I got Double room in 1st floor and there was no window view at all. Due to location the first floor and some renovation that started early morning, then it was pretty noisy. Roof balcony view was good, but could also need a bit cleaning and clearing trash away.
Location is good. When we visited, it was quite new so lift was not working. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was not good. In the rainy day, it was dripping. Also, I had booked through booking.com which cost me more than those who booked on the spot. No Tax invoice was provided by hotel even they changed the Tax as well
The location is very good. Neat and clean facility. No choice of breakfast. Though I would rate the breakfast as fair. The breakfast quantity and variety should be improved.
