Pros:

Położenie hotelu w spokojnej okolicy, niedaleko sklepy spożywcze. Na plus późne zameldowanie i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Zdjęcia pokoi są podkoloryzowane. Czystość również nie jest na najwyższym poziomie. Zarezerwowany pokój nie był w ogóle przygotowany po poprzednich wynajmujących, po poinformowaniu recepcji musieliśmy dostać inny.

Beautiful property. The room was huge and well appointed. Amenities are great. Beautiful with very helpful staff. Would recommend.

staff were nice but unfortunately the place needs revamp.
Pros:

Laundry was included in the price we paid as well as breakfast (room for 2 adult and 2 small kids was about 850 thousand vnd / night). Good location. We arrived and was told their was problem and they moved us to their sister hotel - LA BONITA.

Cons:

Unfortunately it is not up to standard to be a habitable hotel. Despite the 3 star rating.
- extremely low water pressure - cannot take a proper shower. We felt unclean for 2 days.
- 3 cockcroaches coming up from drain - we had to block the drain later.
- toilet not flush properly - blocked.
- air con not cold
- dated facilities

Cons:

Rezeptionnist nicht 24/7 besetzt schwierig jemanden anzutreffen für fragen oder ähnliches. Es ist eine Nummer hinterlegt diese kann man jedoch nur wenn man eine Vietnamesische Nr hat anrufen. Ansonsten nicht möglich. Auch mir Vietnamesischer E-Sim nicht.

It's a good location and good price but it's run down compared to what you see here.
Pros:

Great location - we enjoyed this part of town. Very safe, leafy streets.

Cons:

It's a bit rundown now compared to the photos and things like the snacks in the images, the phone, etc are no longer there. Shelf coming off the wall. The first thing they did when we arrived was ask us to cancel the Booking.com reservation and if we didn't they would charge an additional percentage on top of the Booking.com price. So, that's perhaps why the reviews are so high still. So I paid more than what was quoted on booking.com because I wasn't comfortable cancelling the booking.
