Pros:

Lage toll, Ausblick toll, Frühstücks-Atmosphäre schön. Badezimmer hat mir gut gefallen.
Die Angestellten sind zauberhaft gekleidet :-)

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ein Familienzimmer, ich glaube im nicht renovierten Teil. Die Betten waren nicht so komfortabel. Etwas muffiger Geruch.

Die Preise für die Reinigung sind unverschämt, fussläufig 600 m ist eine super charmante Wäscherei. Top!!

Es gibt andere Hotels in Valladolid, die die Hälfte kosten und auch viel Charme haben!

The restaurant and the cave bar were cool. Hot tub was nice

Cons:

The room felt like a 2 star hotel bed was very uncomfortable it was very small you could everyone outside so noisy

Pros:

It was a great hotel with an excellent restaurant, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay.

The amenities were very good overall, although the beds and pillows were on the firmer side. That said, when we requested softer pillows, they were provided immediately, which we really appreciated.

The team was also very helpful in arranging a taxi to our next destination, making the process completely smooth and stress-free.

The main restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast and offers delicious local and Mexican dishes in the evening as well.

Cons:

The noise from the street was very loud and the room was overall badly isolated.

It was also very dark and we couldn’t open the shutters as they wouldn’t stay open. So no natural light, which was a shame.

Porém não tínhamos água quente e baixa pressão de água fria no quarto e mesmo solicitando suporte, não ocorreu

Over hyped, under delivered.
Pros:

Let's not kid ourselves; you stay here for the location - right in the middle of historic center with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Also walking distance to nearby colectivos and bus stations. The staff are nice, but not particularly attentive.

Cons:

When I booked the hotel; I thought it was going to be in a historic building, instead it felt like they cobbled together all the buildings on the block together to make a hotel. As a result it just feels disjointed.

The room is also small, which I can work with, but the bathroom is painfully small with a corner basin with no space to put anything. Curiously there is a recess behind the bathroom door that would have been perfect for shelving. Additionally the room has a large recess perfect for a closet, but instead they provide you with a small standing closet. Probably because the back of the recess wall was just made of plywood to the outside.

Didn't help that my view was of a wall outside and because it was right above the restaurant; there was constant clatter and noise till midnight each night. Also hope that you dont dine at the restaurant when there is a literal tour bus of people eating at one table; you will be mostly ignored and your food will suffer in quality.

I also consider it a sin to be a hotel in one of the hottest and humid regions on the planet and not have a mini fridge in the room. Moreover providing only two bottles of water and then charging for any additional water in a country where you specifically cannot drink it? Why would I pay for water here when I can walk less than a block to a convenience store and pay half the price for twice the amount of water?

Hotel am Platz zentral, sicherer hoteleigener Parkplatz. Pool ist schön im Innenhof angelegt. Gutes Frühstück.
Ruhig in der Nacht.

Mancano i requisiti minimi, ma paghi il doppio di un hotel a 3 stelle

L’hôtel ha un’ottima posizione, di fronte alla piazza centrale di Valladolid

Cons:

Il servizio offerto è di molto inferiore alle aspettative. Soltanto il prezzo pagato è da cinque stelle.
Di seguito 3 esempi:
1) letto matrimoniale da una piazza e mezza in cui in due si sta molto stretti
2) letti non rifatti sino a quando non ci si lamenta in hotel (la situazione si ripresenta tutti i giorni)
3) barista che mi bussa alla porta alle 10:30 di sera perché si è dimenticato di farci pagare 2 caffé (lo abbiamo aspettato giocando a carte in un tavolino del bar perchè in teoria ci avrebbe dovuto dare un tavolo nel cortile interno dopo il permesso di un “direttore”.
