A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and one of the best restaurants you will ever find.
Pros:

Beautiful colonial architecture with lots of history. Right opposite the cathedral. Amazing restaurant with open courtyard and some of the best food you will find in the Yucatan. Sad to leave. Could have spent more time. Excellent.

Perfecto!
Pros:

El alojamiento es maravilloso, la habitación enorme, limpia y céntrica de todo. La comida perfecta en un patio precioso, con aparcamiento gratuito.

Beautiful hotel, mediocre sleep.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and entrances on two sides of the block made the location extra special.

Cons:

Pillows were firm, and the soundproofing of the room was non-existent. The plants outside are beautiful but the birds were screaming at 5:30 AM.

El servicio podría ser mucho mejor, ya que tuvimos problemas en el check in, no avisan de que hay que esperar para el desayuno si está muy lleno. Las habitaciones muy antiguas, las cortinas no cierran bien y pasa la luz, las ventanas no cierran bien y hacen ruido con el aire, necesita renovarse.

Bluffant par son cadre exceptionnel de son restaurant
Pros:

Le restaurant est juste un petit bijou et mérite de s'y poser pour prendre une excellent repas.
L’hôtel peut effrayer par sa taille mais peu de touristes demeurent sur place dans la journée.
Nous avons profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi en pleine journée en famille car tous les autres clients étaient en vadrouille .
L’hôtel mérite bien mieux que n’être qu'une simple étape avant d'aller à Chichen Itza .

Outstanding and really worth what we paid!!
Pros:

Location is excellent and the hotel in general was outstanding. The staff was great, specially one of the waiters Antonio, the bar chief Erick and William our waiter at the Almacen Speakeasy Bar which by the way we loved the concept and the drinks.

Cons:

I think it is time to make some arrangements specially in the restaurant area, I saw lack of painting on some areas and corners. But other that that everything was more than excellent

Schönes Hotel im Kolonialstil, aber Frühstück sehr wenig

Wunderschöner Innenhof und Rooftopbar

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr wenig.. man konnte aus 6 verschiedenen Gerichten eines auswählen. Es gab nur ein Glas 150ml Orangensaft, wenn man mehr wollte kostet es pro Glas 85 mxn extra.

Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels, es war schrecklich. Es roch nach schimmel, alles war abgenutzt und die Klimaanlage war so laut das an schlafen nicht zu denken war.. Auch das Fenster konnte man nicht auflassen, da es dann noch lauter war, aufgrund der lüftungsmaschinen der Küche unter uns.

Wir bekamen ein neues Zimmer im neueren Teil des Hotels, das Zimmer war sehr schön.
