Cons:

Room was really dirty. When we've entered the room, pillow was not in the bed and also hairdryer, toilet paper was dissappeared :D when I told that to the receptionist, she marked that issue but for the next days they did not clean the room until we have requested in 6 times.

Nice location if you want to be close to gran via
Pros:

Probably the location is the main reason why i liked this hotel and the fact that they have a parking in the basement.

Cons:

The google map direction is far from the actual entrance of the garage plus the fact that the staff do not have good skills to explain to you how you can access the parking nor how to get out of it.

La ubicación es excelente, nada más salir del edición tienes la parada de metro Príncipe Pio

Wonderful decor, perfectly clean and ideal location
Pros:

Location was perfect with Principe Pio train and metro station just across the road. The room and facilities were some of the best I have experienced solo traveling. I would definitely go back if I was in Madrid again

The location is good and the hotel interior is nice!

Cons:

We arrived 10 min before check in time and still we had to wait before entering our room… staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming!

Very bad experience, would not recomend and I’m not staying again in this property.

Staff was gentle

Cons:

The room, was super uncomfortable was made for handicapped, shower was open and short had to bend for a shower, hot water was on and off while showering.Breakfast was not at the level of the price paid, and you had to wait in counter for someone to give you what they had, at least 25 minutes making a line and waiting, food was cold and taste old.Not use to this at all. Could keep going, but not fair to the staff who try their best.
