I stayed for one night. It’s off season and there is a lack of restaurant open in the area. Room was v good, hotel facilities were a bit limited (pool could do with some maintenance). Overall it served its purpose for a night.
Breakfast was poor compared to other hotels I’ve been staying at -?lack of choice and undrinkable coffee.
The breakfast was simple but satisfying, a good way to start the day. The hotel had suffered some damage from a recent typhoon, but I was impressed by how quickly the staff worked to repair the facilities and keep things running smoothly. Although the surrounding area was still a bit messy after the typhoon, the hotel itself was well maintained, and their efforts made the stay comfortable.
The only downside for me was that the surrounding area, still recovering from the typhoon, didn’t offer many activities for families with children. Hopefully, as the area continues to recover, more options will become available.

Great location with the great staff and service.
More than my expectations.
The view.
Limited breakfast, our room smelled of mold, front desk said they didn't accept credit card and made our traveling companions pay cash for their stay.
We chose it for Christmas Eve but no bar. Breakfast advertised as continental but we didn’t get a choice, offered one bowl of soup two fried eggs and stale bread for two people. No drinks available had to hassle staff to get anything to drink. We asked for money back and got offered lunch! Why they thought lunch would be acceptable after a diabolical breakfast performance I don’t know! All we got is it’s low season as though that was a reason why they failed to have food available for guests. To my mind they should’ve closed for the low season if they aren’t capable of providing the service the say they offer in their corporate brochure in the room. We had better stays in tiny mountain villages at a fraction of the cost. It may be better in high season but from my experience I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Tried to order room service and was told "no", as everyone was busy with the seafood buffet. Literally only option of any food was the seafood buffet!!!
Staff were not very helpful and it was incredibly noisy.

The whole surrounding area and in close vicinity was totally derelict and decaying.
