Did a job but wouldn’t we stay again
Pros:

I liked the private onsen. Some staff friendly helpful. Shuttle to station really good

Cons:

Being told you have dinner and breakfast at a set time. Having no input on what was delivered. I liked Japanese traditional food but to have no alternative was extremely poor especially hot breakfast no fruit bread or pastries. No coffee or tea at breakfast. Also the hotel needs investment carpets warn items looking unkept. I would not stay again

Pros:

Una excelente joya en medio de Hakone, la habitacion y el servicio son la maxima experiencia, especial mencion a la persona que nos ayudo a hacer check out al final y nos llevó a la estacion para evitar el trafico y llegar a tiempo a nuestro destino.

Pros:

Morgenmaden var sund, men lidt specielt med fisk og tang og misosuppe til morgenmad. Aftensmaden var super fin og på højt niveau … personalet i restauranten var sød og venlige og snakkede meget godt engelsk.

Cons:

At jeg ikke måtte spille på deres klaver tiltrods for, at jeg er professionel pianist. Personalet i receptionen var ikke særlig imødekommende og snakkede dårligt engelsk.

Good getaway from Tokyo
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was good. We also tried the massage and it was exceptional. Food was okay. The private onsens were very good and easy to book. You can walk within 10 mins to nearby station

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit hot and not much ventilation.
