Wonderful hotel, staff, location.
Pros:

The staff was incredible!

Cons:

Hotel should provide ability to purchase food at the restaurant even if you did not get the half or full board package.

食事が温泉宿料理ではなく　レストランで食べる料理で　とても美味しかったです
プライベート空間を大切にされている感じがしました

建物自体の古さは否めません

The location and staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The room smelt musty, it was dusty and the shower glass looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. The room in general felt worn and tired, I expected much more for the price.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, endroit très reposant
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre également.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est vraiment bien nous avons très bien mangé.

Cons:

La seule chose que nous pourrions dire c’est que l’hébergement mériterait un petit coup de neuf.

Our stay was a perfect way to enjoy time in the lovely area of Hakone, including the onsen.
Pros:

We were able to book Shiatsu services for the same day that we arrived.
Also, the hotel managed to find us a taxi to leave the following morning to catch the Shinkansen train, shortly after a typhoon had made landfall in Japan, when we could not locate any taxi or Uber drivers working that morning. This was extremely helpful!

Le mont Fuji dans un cadre très agréable
Pros:

Une belle expérience avec une formule en demi pension. qui permet de déguster la cuisine japonaise traditionnelle dans un cadre très confortable. Le bus a 100 m permet de faire très simplement la ballade vers le mont Fuji. Petit plus? Onsen privatif accessible à tous.

Expérience immersive!
Pros:

-la beauté du lieu
-Onsen privé + public + dans la chambre
-La grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

Le diner et petit déjeuner n'était pas à notre goût et meme si nous avons fait l'effort de manger presque tout, nous avions encore faim apres le repas du soir. Mais il s'agit de goût personnel donc difficile de juger pour les autre (trop particulier en goût et texture)

大浴場が狭い。サウナが狭い。
露天風呂がない。脱衣場にアメニティ、タオルがない。　食事に豪華さがない。特に美味しくもなく寂しくなる。
