The hotel is just a walking distance from Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and the bazaars, aswell as the tram .

Cons:

We booked it for 2 weeks, but we didn't stay Bacause it was so bad.

First thing: they are liars! so polite but liar.
They don't have any big bed for 2 person in any room, only twin single beds. But it's available for you to book. This is first lie.

Second thing is: non refundable! do not reserve any hotel like this in Istanbul ever. You will see smelling stairs, dirty room floors, a refrigerator(mini bar) that hasn't been cleaned for long time and bathroom smells so bad.

Then if you want to cancel they say more lies:

1. It's not in our control, booking should call us with phone (booking never calls any hotel, just email)

2. Commission is 30 percent you should pay us and then cancel. We don't charge you anything it's booking fee (commission is not 30 percent! wtf!)

3. If you cancel without refund we can not pay you because after that Booking does not make the room available for others to book (another lie, any cancellation makes the room available for booking users immediately).

(I called booking customer support and verified all these)

Anyway, me and my wife cancelled and paid 90 euros with card to them, I had to say we changed our plans and want to go near Taksim so they don't get offended and keep our whole money for their shitty hotel because we said it's not clean.

We did free cancellation and the guy approved it (remember they said it's not in our control) after 1 hour talking and all those lies and paying 90 euros.

The whole price was 301 euros. We never stayed for more than 1 hour. The manager said: "it's non refundable and other hotels won't refund anything but I'm helping you! Pay 90 euros to us and we will do free cancellation. We need the receipt for Booking.com it's not a money for us!"

Usually it has a big discount in booking but it's bot real. The real price for this hotel is much less. Don't get fouled with the 500! euros discount in Booking.

Абсолютное не соответствие номера.Совсем не рекоменду за эти деньги можно снять намного лучше номера

Номер абсолютно не соответствовал забронированому. Было очень холодно, при включенном кондиционере на +30 и на улице было +10 мы замерзли. В номере нет ни стульев ни стола, хотя места для них хватает. В ванной нет достаточно крючков и полочек. Довольно грязно. В стенах дыры. И много другого в общем совсем не рекоменду за эти деньги можнт снять намного лучше номера

Cudownie miły personel! Naprawdę świetna robota. Pokój u góry był bardzo fajny. Blisko było wszędzie, bezpieczna okolica. Cieplutko w pokoju.

Cons:

Nie wybierajcie pokoju na samym dole, zapach z łazienki, pleśń i hałas z pewnością na wielkie nie. Lepiej wybrać pokoje wyżej :) łóżka naleza do tych bardzo twardych.

Overall it was a nice, calm plance which is near to tourist places, but bet style we don't like

Mr. Ramdan, our staff member, was very cooperative throughout the trip. He always scheduled our next day’s visits efficiently. His guidance and experience in tourism were fabulous, making our journey smooth and enjoyable.

Cons:

They have single bed into room, this is not good when you are travelling with your spouse.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. The hotel area were nice and well for all your business . Great location. We would happily come back again!

Pros:

Уютная комната. 500 м от Голубой мечети и Ая Софии. Кругом кафе и магазины. Легко добраться до Капалы Чаршы. Трамвайный остановка рядом.

комната в целом чистая, очень отзывчивый портье.

Cons:

как и во всех турецких отелях этой категории не было чашек в комнате. И это мой первый отель, в котором не было вообще никаких принадлежностей для душа, даже мыла.

Персонал сгладил все недостатки и в целом впечатление осталось приятное
Pros:

Расположение хорошее и сам район нам понравился - аутентично турецкий как мы и хотели. Неплохой номер, персонал в целом старался сделать наше пребывание как можно комфортнее. Белье и полотенца в достатке -все чистое.

Cons:

в душе плохо уходила вода- и как слив не заливали средством не помогало. Так же в номере было не очень хорошо убрано и потом нам долго обещали что уберут на следующий день - как оказалось уборщица заболела и появилась только когда нам уже скоро сьезжать. И из большого минуса для нас- не было микроволновки, но это мы не спросили перед бронированием.. А перед отьездом видели в номере тараканов..
