Very Poor Experience during my stay
Pros:

The room size with balcony but of no use as not cleaned.

Cons:

I was really disappointed that the reservation got shifted to another hotel. Every alternate day the location has no electricity, the room heater is chargeable, the chilled drinking water, where the temperature is under minus 4. They have DG but after 6pm they operate that DG. The full day was with no electricity. The staff behaviour was not up to the mark, they asked me for the full payment, at the time of checkin. None of the hotel staff are available during check-out. Food quality is not satisfactory.

Great views but limited facilities
Pros:

I stayed at rufina spa instead of decrown..got a free upgrade thanks to Rufina grpbpwrson at kolkata.liked the location a lot just great view of mountains

Cons:

Very limited food ( and not palatable) mostly cabbage n cauli flower items that too dinner is bw 7-8:30pm,mostly no power or off n on till evening 6pm, water supply has problem in loo it takes 10 flushes, inexperinced mgr a young guy who is not ready to understand the issues..actually cant blame them as they r doing what they r told, sheets are not tidy and not changed. They kept me in a room where heater,kettle n geyser was not working for half of the day..after speaking to mr peter we got another room where it is working was sitting in dark . Food and heat are basic at this altitude...but missing.
