Location was great. Quiet. Lovely position. Room was clean and tidy. Nice touch with home made cookies!
Room could have done with a make up mirror separate to bathroom.
Two of the lamps in the room didn't work, one didn't have a light bulb!
Location and service
Nothing
The property was clean, stylish and in a great location.
The welcome and efficiency of Luiso was 5 star! Breakfast was great, room was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Every aspect was 100% Will definitely stay here every time I come to Plymouth
Nothing, all was fantastic
Amazing find this one, if you like your navel history then it’s a must!
Nice short headland walk close by and plenty of good options for food and drink
The room was very comfortable and beautifully presented so no issues at all.
The quality and location.
We like it all!
Very comfortable bed, lots of extra comfortable little extra touches
Nothing!
Beautiful

Lovely location, sensitively refurbished to make a stylish, comfortable hotel. We loved lots of the original features, such as the fire place and shutters for the windows.
Nothing we didn’t like. We had beautiful hot sunny weather and the sunlight flooded the room making the room warm even with no heating on and windows open. But it was gorgeous having the sun and the views.
Both were extremely good
Nothing
Location, comfort of bed, breakfast, size of room.
Lights.
The breakfast and dinner were fine. The location was fine.
I had checked a number of things when booking. I was told there were 'a few' stairs up to the 1st floor, It was a steep flight with a turn in it and only ONE bannister. The room was cold and I couldn't work out how to turn the radiators on. Also I couldn't reach the shutters to close the top ones or close the window. I tried phoning various numbers but there was no answer to ask for help. Eventually my friends came and shut the window and the shutters. In the morning I couldn't open the shutters. The bed was very high to get into. There was a wobbly piece of furniture. And, again, no handrails on the external steps. I think it should be made clear that this is unsuitable to the elderly. I am not disabled nor do I walk with a stick.
Good location, staff are nice
Rooms a distance away from reception and restaurant.
Parking. Despite the fact the parking meters were smashed and parking was free for the hotel, we received a parking fine.
