I will never stay here again and suggest my friends not staying here

Cons:

- Behaviour of Front staff:
Front staff is not friendly and feel like they don't have any standard in term of collecting guests info. The woman in morning shift kept my original passport even she already have the copy and when I asked to get it back, she said that it's their policy. In the night shift, i asked another staff and they gave back to me.

In the morning, the housekeeper kept ringing my doorbell just to ask if she could come to make up the room. Before going out, i asked the front staff that i want to clean the room but when I came back, the room is still the sameeeeeee and no apology when I complained in next morning.

Pros:

I love the location, the hotel in general.

Cons:

The cleaning services not the best. And the maintenance of the pool , the floor is falling apart, the exercise equipment is rusted and broken.
