Pros:

У нас была классная квартира с видом на горы, хороший душ, удобная кровать, вся необходимая посуда

Cons:

Не очень удобный двор, медленный лифт и 2 раза отключали свет за 2 дня, но это мелочи

Место расположения. Вполне приличный номер, все что надо есть.

Cons:

При бронировании писал что хочу заселиться раньше, они подтвердили за доплату, но по факту не заселили. Сервису есть куда расти.

They are COZY, comfortable, well-equipped apartments.
Pros:

Thankful for the pics and directions as would be difficult to find without them. Great location…walkable to most places I wanted to go. Apartment is great for space, comfort and self-catering. Supermarkets on the neighbouring street. Air con, hot water and Wifi worked perfectly! Great price fur what it offers!

Cons:

There seems to be a front desk area but it’s not really like a hotel where someone greets you and helps you with things like taxies etc…so prepare to be independent in that way. There is housekeeping staff and others who are just draped in the chairs on their phones?

I had a problem with payment as I wanted to use my Credit Card but neither of my cards would work with their payment system (they worked elsewhere so my cards not the problem). Instead I had to find an ATM and get cash which was annoying.

Also, correspondence with WhatsApp sometimes takes a while, even if it’s an issue you need help with more urgently.

Very convenient location near downtown, convenience store and bakery downstairs, also fairly near airport . Very helpful and responsive host too. Clean apartment with facilities like washing machine and microwave and ironing board.

It felt like a home away from home.
Pros:

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and even had a 24 hour convenience store downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The staff was very supportive of a few requests, such as moving rooms when we wanted to check in earlier than planned and also replaced a malfunctioning iron without question. Also, the communication was already totally friendly.

Cons:

Nothing whatsoever.

Perfect apartment in Almaty, home from home !
Pros:

Very comfortable apartment, ideal size and good location too. Despite being in an apartment block, had excellent communication from staff on WhatsApp on how to access the property.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, комфортный душ и туалет, есть всё необходимое. Хорошо продуманные номера.

Cons:

Вид из окна на соседний дом. Отключался свет, а отель на 11 этаже. Матрас имеет пролежанные места в которые ночью скатывается, но в целом сносно.
