I stayed at Almaty Cozy Apartment for 8 days during my trip to Kazakhstan, and overall it was a very good experience. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware, a washing machine, iron with ironing board, microwave, and other essentials.
The location is very convenient with easy access to everything. McCafé is just a 2-minute walk away, Spare grocery store is also about 2 minutes away, and there are currency exchange offices nearby. You really have everything you need within walking distance.
The staff were helpful and supportive. The only small challenge was communication, as a translator was needed to communicate with them, but they were always willing to help. On my first day, I arrived early in the morning and had some difficulty finding the entrance, but people around were very kind and helped me locate it quickly.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Almaty.
