Front desk staff was supportive

Cons:

Despite paying extra for an AC room, the ac wasn't working and had to stay up the entire night calling maintenance to fix it but there was no success. Had to sleep in a pedestal fan. This isn't Sarovar Portico standards at all. Really disappointed

Affordable and clean stay but room for improvement.
Pros:

The room and the view was very nice and we could experience snowfall up close. It’s also sufficiently close to Mall Road so travel is easy.

Cons:

The food was very below average and I think priced higher than required. The staff while polite, clearly didn’t have the discretionary powers to take even the smallest of decisions. Can do much better to align with other Sarovar Portico standards.

Honeymoon suite was nice but food quality and taste ruined the experience.

Property is nice, we booked honeymoon suite and it was good.

Cons:

Food is very bad after checkin we ordered paneer chilly, veg biryani and I think the paneer was not real or was of very bad quality it was like rubber we left it and ignored that and the biryani was ok, then we order dal makhani and paneer butter masala for dinner first they told Dal makhani is not available we can send yellow dal so we said OK to that but when order arrived they have sent stale dal makhani not even properly heated they said we prepared it specifically for you but it's not possible to prepare dal makhani in just 25 minutes when I complained on reception and told them Dal makhani is stale the guy said it's off season so we don't prepare anything in advance so how can anyone make dal makhani in such short time and paneer was again like rubber so the point is we have stayed in several Sarovar properties and we didn't faced any food taste or quality issue anywhere even in my city Amritsar we visit Sarovar specially for their rooftop restaurant called (Shosha) for dinner or parties but this property has ruined our experience in terms of food quality not recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy food during their stay and in the end I just want to say maybe it was off season and they didn't have enough staff to prepare food and operate kitchen properly but in that case they should mention that they can't provide any quality food during your stay.

Title: Disappointing Stay at Naturvillas Sarovar Portico, Manali

I stayed at Naturvillas Sarovar Portico in Manali for two nights, and it was not a good experience. Here's what happened in simple words:

Heater Trouble: The heater in the room didn't work for more than six hours. It turns out it was due to low power from the generator, which was quite disappointing, especially for a 4-star hotel.

Communication Issues: When I tried to call room service and housekeeping for help, they never picked up the phone. This made it difficult to get things sorted out.

Tasteless Food: The food didn't taste good. I ordered chicken biryani, and it was not only bloody but also not clean inside. This made me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

No Parking: There was no parking space available, which was inconvenient, especially for guests with cars.

Slow Staff: The staff was slow in responding to requests. It took them four hours to clean the room, which is a long time.

TV Issues: The TV setup box wasn't working, so I couldn't enjoy watching anything during my stay.

Internet Problems: Additionally, the internet was not working, adding to the overall disappointment.

In the end, staying at Naturvillas Sarovar Portico didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. I hope they can improve these things for future guests.

cosy rooms , responsive staff well trained, had a comfortable stay in this new property, it was a diffrent offbeat experience with luxury , i would say best for the bucks they asked!!!
