Замечательное расположение в старом городе. Хороший большой номер с очень удобной кроватью и просторной ванной комнатой. Отличные завтраки. Но самое главное - тут работают потрясающие люди. Даже не хочу писать слово "персонал". Именно замечательные люди, с которыми приятно общаться. Мне организовали трансфер из аэропорта ночью и заселили в отель в 5 утра. Причем этот суперранний заезд был бесплатным, как и последующий поздний выезд. Организовали также интересущую меня индивидуальную экскурсионную поездку. Я очень довольна проживанием, и если еще раз буду планировать поездку в Баку, то без всяких раздумий и сомнений вернусь именно сюда.
Единственное, к чему можно придраться, - отсутствие лифта. Конечно это естественная плата за расположение в историческом здании. Лестница пологая и очень удобная, но людям с ограниченными возможностями или большим багажом конечно придется это учесть.
Жили две ночи. Всё понравилось. Расположение хорошее, уборка каждый день, халат, тапочки, щетки, чай, кофе, вода все в наличии с ежедневным дополнением. Вкусный завтрак на выбор из четырех наборов.
Вид из не очень, но в старом городе наверное везде так.

The hotel's location is brilliant. It is in the old city, so when you step out the door, you are immersed in Azerbaijani history. I read reviews that taxis cannot park in front of the door, but walking 2 minutes was not a big deal for me. If you prefer public transport, the Iceriseher metro station (end of red line) is also only 7 minutes by foot (note that you need cash in order to get a transportation card "BakuKart" and to top it up, but there is a Ziraat bank office just across the street). My room was huge, with a very comfortable bed (it means it was quite firm) and also a large bathroom. Everything you would need is provided: kettle + tea and coffee, TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, safe etc., but for me 2 things are really important: the water pressure and hot water's temperature and the wifi. Both were working just fine. As you can read in other reviews, the breakfast is not buffet-style, but you have to choose from 4 options, and a lady prepares it for you. For me, it was too much to eat, so I had a "bad" feeling about the leftover going to waste. The reception is available 24 hours, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The communication before and during my trip was just perfect. I would say, this hotel is a great value for money.
My room (but not the bathroom) was a bit tired (e.g. wallpaper coming off the wall). With a small investment, these issues could easily be eliminated. If you are sensitive to noise and have problems with falling asleep, bring ear plugs, because the AC's noise can be disturbing.

Нам все очень сильно понравилось, номер очень комфортный, чистый, я бы даже сказала, что отель на все три звезды тянет. Вкусный завтрак и приветливый персонал 🤌
Так как мы праздновали Новый год в Баку, в номере еще был комплимент в виде бутылочки вкусного гранатового вина 💫
Расположение отеля очень удачное, недалеко от метро и окна выходят на не шумную улочку старого города.
