New property, cleanliness can be improved
Pros:

The property is Vishwa Grand and no board or sign to state it as Super Hotel O. We had to check with locals to confirm the hotel we booked and this was same.
The staff speaks only Telugu, luckily their manager or owner spoke English and we could manage.
The rooms they showed had badly soiled linen and upon raising a concern, they changed it.
The property is new but cleanliness can be improved.

Beware when you book this property. They have got linked to OYO rooms. Whatever arrangements you make prior to arrival with OYO team will not be communicated to hotel staff.
Hotel front reception staff are terrible to deal with. We gave up our advance payment made prior to arrival and ended up staying elsewhere.

Pros:

Good interior. Room was spacious and clean with all the facilities. Room was very clean and staff was very supportive. The stay was lovely. The place was clean. Courteous staff, check-in was smooth. My stay was excellent.
