Beautiful boutique hotel with a pool in LaVeleta
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel with nice decoration. It has two pools, nice dining room. The room was spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. It is absolutely great boutique hotel for a big family or group of people. The location is in LaVeleta but easy to drive to the beach and has a paved road to the hotel. There are nice restaurants nearby. It is not close to the beach, but I knew this. I felt safe to park my car outside the hotel . I will definitely come back.

Cons:

The hotel was empty and they still didn’t let me check in earlier (at around 12pm). This was kind of strange… I appreciate they let me leave the suitcase inside the hotel…
the tub in the bathroom was not so clean, it had someone’s hairs. But the room and the hotel was clean. Other than that, the experience was great. I would still come back.

Yum Kaax is the perfect villa for a group trip!
Pros:

I bit far from town and the beach.

It was a great stay. Definitely would come back.
Pros:

Property was beautiful just like the pictures described. Nohely was great helped with all our needs. Our cook Jacky was also great and food was good. Felt safe as there is a security guard on the premises.

Cons:

There is a small part that it is a dirt road. But out the properties control.

This is THE place to be in Tulum🌴🫶🏽
Pros:

I recommend this hotel 100%. It’s such a lovely place to really enjoy your stay in Tulum. The rooms are one by one very pretty & hygienic. The garden & terrace on the rooftop are the perfect place to chill & relax. Parking just in front of their door. All the employees are very friendly & helpful a big thank you for Nohely our host. She’s such an amazing person & does her job with a lot of passion, nothing is too much for her. The hotel has a great location as well near to a lot of restaurant, cenotes, beaches,… you’ll make great memories here. We will definitely come back☺️❤️
