I have booked Deluxe rooms, whereas I have been allotted standard rooms hat too in two different floors.
The beds and linen was full of stains, bedsheets were changed when I asked for.

Budget hotel: <1k per night, wifi, 32 inch smart tv, soft spring bed, Ac which goes till 18c( 1 ton ac is too small for room size though), balcony, comfortable room size, cctv in gallery, decent surroundings, tiny geyser, towels. ( bring your own toiletries).
Lack of cleanliness- they were short on staff ( cigarette butts, discarded condoms etc lying around in plain sight). It looked surprisingly messy for 1-2 year old property. Leaky fixtures in toilet, and non working shower in washroom. Saw one cockroach in the room floor. I doubt the sheets are replaced after each stay. Overall it is “that” kind of place. So you get what you pay for.

Everything. It felt like this hotel runs on a chaotic system. First, they confirmed my reservation and asked me to make the payment, sending me the payment details via a message from Booking.com. I made the payment and checked into the hotel. After check-in, I suddenly received an email stating that my reservation had been canceled. Since it was canceled, they asked me to pay again, or I would need to vacate the room. When I asked about the initial payment, they said it would be refunded within seven business days. However, I still haven’t received my money. When I tried calling their customer service, they constantly cut the line and never responded. There’s no reply from their customer email either, and Booking.com’s customer care hasn’t provided a proper solution.
THE ROOMS WERE FULLY BOOKED! They Overbooked the place, resulting in Not getting the place even after the reservation was made a week ago!

Room were untidy, messy, foul smelling, used Linens were provided, staff said the linens were provided from the laundry like that only, cockroaches n flies all around, We checked in late night around 1 am, staff said u want u can cancel ur booking this is the room we can offer, after viewing 4 different rooms we got this room(photos attached) , this condition of the room is better than other rooms. Hope u think twice before booking it.
N top of the all, was not interested in commenting but received a call after three days asking u share the booking Id , we will rate on ur behalf n shall refund u 50% of booking fees. What's all this..
