I would provide a cup coaster to put drinks on as the table had a cup mark on it which is a shame to a lovely piece of furniture

Perfect experience
Pros:

From the time we got there it was perfect ,ell the receptionist was very nice she took us down to the property and explained everything to us ,we had a lovely stay it was so spotless and peaceful we'll come again

Most perfect stay, great location and lovely staff

The property itself felt so secluded, even though in a busy marina. It was brilliantly thought out - we will be back

Interesting location great value.
Pros:

Very interesting location, quiet apart from the odd boat accessing the fuel pontoon to the rear(stern?) of the unit, not an issue. out of season, not sure how nearby Goose on the Loose would impact in high season.

Very good facilities, even in January we sat having a coffee on the deck outside the unit. Very good value given location.
Windy, so gentle slope, well lit tarmac path up to the headland to get to the excellent Pilot pub, advise booking a table, (turn right on the road leaving the unit the start is just after the next round about).

Pros:

This is not a hotel, but serviced pods that float on the water in the marina. No breakfast facility on site. POD was cold during the night , no hot water for shower, shower head was broken. Would not recommend to anyone,, over priced.

Cons:

It’s marketed as a hotel, pictured on website do not show that the living quarters are simply square box.

Very different and pleasant in good weather with great parking staff very pleasant.
Pros:

Good if the weathers nice, wouldn’t like to be onboard in windy rainy conditions. Shower slow but doable.

Cons:

water pressure in shower.
