Warm and fresh looking. Contemporary facilities and very comfortable. TV channels a big bonus. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy to book in and out. Would recommend.

Really nice, solid room very comfortable
We loved this place. It felt luxurious and it was so warm and comfortable and the view was amazing, the gentle rocking from side to side and we even had some friendly swans come to say hello. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and took time to show us around (a rarity these days). The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the heating was adjustable and kept us lovely and warm, the complimentary toiletries were lovely and everything about this stay was amazing. We loved it !
Nothing really but if I had to moan about anything it's that there's not enough little milk sachets for the tea and coffee. But this place was out of the world amazing otherwise

We were given a warm welcome
A really well presented and comfortable unit, with a balcony to sit out in the sun - if it appears. Presented as a floating pod, there is a hint of movement, but almost unnoticeable. I was really impressed.
The only downside is no on site food - but I got Domino’s to deliver!
Reception staff were excellent, very helpful, the area of the marina was very picturesque, staff were thoughtful enough to put heating on in the room so it was warm when we entered and she showed us where everything was, beds were very comfortable and bathroom very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. There was also a restaurant directly by the pods with amazing views and great food, so if you didn't want to venture out anywhere was perfect for the stay.
If I was being a bit picky it would just be the ramp to get to the pods, if it's been raining you just had to be a bit careful walking down it.
The property was clean and really well furnished to a high standard. Location was great, staff were super helpful and friendly. Space for parking too.

Our 'go-to' place when visiting family in the area. It's peaceful, clean, the location fabulous, the Marina Staff very helpful and the Swans very friendly. Accommodation is bright, spacious and has all the amenities you need for a short break. There's a big Tesco and Train Station nearby; plenty of places to eat and drink within a short walking distance (The Galley Café is great), in Penarth Town Centre (Mo's Indian is a must) and as it's only minutes by into Cardiff, makes a fantastic base for Sporting Events, Gigs, everything really.
We love the place and have no complaints, but please note, it's neither disabled nor dog friendly if those are your needs. Parking close by can also be problematic as it's in a predominantly residential area, but there is a 20 minute waiting zone and trolleys to enable you to load and unload. Watch out though, exceed this and you are liable for an automatic fine (not the Marina's doing, I hasten to add)!

We loved being in a floating pod on the marina. We had failed to spot this on booking, so it was a wonderful surprise. The adjacent restaurant was very welcome, just a minute’s walk away.
Beautiful decor, exceptionally clean. Friendly staff, very helpful especially Ell. Very pretty location. Will be returning.
Maybe more light along the pontoons
The location was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable and it was just overall so relaxing. The staff were very friendly.
