Pros:

We loved our stay here! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful, nestled in the heart of an authentic close knit neighborhood, yet just a few minutes walk from the marina and the main road. We also loved the little pool and terrace area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value for your money with this authentic hotel. It is ran by the nicest staff always there to help.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of the best water pressure that I had in my whole stay in Indonesia!

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man eh nur Touren macht. Frühstück war eine 10/10
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wunderbar und der Eigentümer ist super sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist relativ ruhig, da hier keine Autos fahren, dafür spielen aber recht viele Kinder direkt vor der Tür. Aber man ist mitten drin im alten Fischerviertel, wir fanden das cool! Außerdem sind ja die meisten den ganzen Tag auf Ausflügen, als wir da waren, hatte der Park noch geschlossen, daher haben wir recht viel Zeit im Hotel verbracht.

Cons:

Die Hunde sind nichts für Unerfahrene.. wenn man Hunde nicht mag, ist es vielleicht etwas schwierig, da sie nicht sonderlich gut erzogen sind. Ich kam aber gut mit Ihnen zurecht, da ich privat schon Hunde hatte. Leider roch es in unserem Badezimmer etwas nach Schimmel, war dann aber noch einem Tag verflogen. Ich denke der Ventilator war einfach eine Weile nicht an, waren ja auch in der Low Season da. Ansonsten tipp-topp!

L’emplacement était parfait, le personnel gentil et serviable et l’hôtel compte parmi ses membres trois chiens + un singe qu’ils ont recueilli, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus mémorable !

Minimize your stay in Lebuan Bajo

Friendly staff
Nice terrace with good view

Cons:

In a filthy neighborood.
The dogs can be annoying.
Breakfast really lacks variety.
Nothing of interest in Lebuan Bajo, except as a departure place for Komodo. Check before you book if the islands are accessible. It is not always the case, and if it is not, you will be bored in this dirty town.

Tout, la gentillesse du personnel et des propriétaires ,emplacement , vue exceptionnelle de la baie sur la terrasse, hotel construit en bois, très bon petit déjeuner, machine à café (excellent) à volonté
Piscine un peu petite mais nous étions les seuls clients donc pas de problème

Cons:

Rue piétonne, le taxi vous laisse à 100 mètres, donc vous devez porter vos bagages mais rien d' insurmontable

Gute und viele Kommunikation vor der Fahrt

Cons:

Entweder hat die Unterkunft ein technisches Problem oder sie sind nicht fit und wissen nicht, wie mit den Buchungen umzugehen. Nachdem wir einige Male hin und her geschrieben haben, wurden wir plötzlich in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht. Alternativ, bot man uns an kostenlos zu stornieren.
Als ich mich weigerte zu stornieren, wurde ich einfach in eine andere Unterkunft umgebucht und musste mehr Geld zahlen, da zum Beispiel das Frühstück dort nicht enthalten war.
Überlegen Sie sich zweimal, ob sie in dieser Unterkunft buchen wollen

Lo peor son las habitaciones que son demasiado pequeñas y que la zona en la que esta situado huele muy mal, es realmente desagradable pasar por allí, recomiendo reservar en otra parte de la ciudad.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good

Cons:

Our room wasn't good. It was cramped, bed against the wall, and right outside the communal pool zone downstairs, making us feel a bit looked over. It was just uncomfortable, but fine for one night.

Amazing authentic stay, best view and staff.
Pros:

Very authentic and beautiful, great view of harbour, in the middle of a suburb so you feel like a local. Retty and Jan are Dutch and Retty helped me immensely and has great to do tips. Staff are super nice and room are beautiful and clean.
Bonus swimming pool.
Great breakfast too.

Cons:

You do need to like dogs, they have 3.
