Pekné prostredie, pekné priestranné izby, personál ochotní. Ďakujeme
Pros:

Lokalita, dizajn izieb.

Cons:

Slabšie vybavenie kuchynky. Potešila by rychlovarná kanvica na čaj, poprípade jar na umytie riadu a vačšia chladnička :)

Pros:

Oceňujem komunikáciu a ústretovosť hostiteľa. Vyrába výborné čokoládové pralinky :) Raňajky sme nemali objednané, neviem posúdiť. Lokalita hotela je výnimočná, hotel je ľahko dostupný. Veľké plus je možnosť parkovania pri hoteli zdarma.

Cons:

Dvojposteľové izby boli menšie ako sme čakali.

Sem sa nevrátime ;(
Pros:

Hotel ako taký bol moc pekný, moderný a desingový. Výhľad z okna rovno na Oravsky hrad je tiež plus.

Cons:

Po príchode sme dostali izbu ktorá nebola uprataná (plné koše, neprezlečené periny, použité totálne vybavenie).
Izbu nám na vyžiadanie vymenili za inú - upratanú.
Izby sú na kód, ktorý ma každa izba rovnaký - takže teoreticky vás môže ktokoľvek vykradnúť. Už ani nehovorím o tom ako silno musíte s dverami tresnúť, aby sa reálne zatvorili. Katastrofa. Niekedy je menej fskt viac.
Raňajky formou výberu z 4 jedál - slabé. Na raňajky sme čakali viac ako pol hodinu, aj keď sme tam boli sami. Bonus bolo že po objednaní palaciniek a cappucina prišla obsluha po 15min povedať ze nemajú mlieko takže nech si vybereme niečo iné.

We had no breakfast. 3 weeks before our arrival I advised the hotel that I am vegan and gluten-free. (not by choice, but because of allergies). The day before our arrival (when cancellation was no longer possible and we were already travelling to the location) I was sent an email advising me that I will not have neither gluten-free bread, nor plant butter. But they offered eggs and sausages, which as a vegan with egg allergy I really cannot eat.

Cons:

Late notification that they will have nothing for us to eat.

Lokalita hotela hneď pod hradom, s tým, že máte výhľad na hrad priamo z hotela. Personál veľmi milý a ochotný.

Cons:

Mali problémy s kotlom, čiže ráno sa nekurilo a nešla tepla voda, 2 krát som ich na to musel upozorniť, ale zvyšné 2 ráno už bolo všetko v poriadku. Chýbal mi vešiak v chodbe, ale bolo ich dosť v skrini. Raňajky ste si vyberali zo 4 možnosti.

Funcionários não falam inglês, o café da manhã é muito ruim, não tinha leite, faltou ingredientes, para passar no pão tinha catchup, para beber só água e café preto.
O esgoto do banheiro estava com problemas e tendo dificuldades para descer.
Diz ter Estácionamento, mas só tem uma vaga tivemos que deixar em um pago.
Colaboradores se mostram irritados e tem que usar tradutor para se comunicar.
Não recomendo

Pobyt udany. Miejscowość warta zwiedzenia. Hotel doskonale zlokalizowany z parkingiem.
Pros:

W pokoju spało trzy osoby (łóżko podwójne i sofa) Pokój przytulny, ciepły, bardzo czysty z wyposażeniem do zrobienia sobie szybkiego śniadania lub kolacji. Zastawa stołowa iście królewska. Śniadanie oferowane przez hotel smaczne. Warto skorzystać.

Cons:

Trzecie spanie w pokoju dwu (trzy?) osobowym nieco twarde (rozkładana ? sofa). Jeśli śpi trzy osoby to odczuwa się brak dwóch krzeseł.
