Disappointing
Pros:

I was on the 32nd floor and the view was very pleasant

Cons:

When I first entered the room, the a/c wasn't working. Ater a while, the heat became unbearable. I made a complaint and had to leave the room while they repaired the a/c. The temperature outside was a lot cooler than the room. Due to the repairs, I was greatly inconvenienced. Then the wifi wasn't working. Again, I made a complaint and it took3 days before they fixed the [problem. On my 2nd day there, I told the reception that i would like to make a complaint to the manager. They said I can't contact contact the manager.. I have to leave my room number and the manager will then contact me. The call NEVER came

Once we moved into the new room it was much better and the hotel was nice

I had paid extra money for breakfast included however when we arrived the receptionist told us the cafe is closed and breakfast is unavailable. I was not happy because they failed to inform me about this. Otherwise I would have rebooked a different hotel. I got told I will get a refund, however nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting for this. When I entered the room it smelt so bad of a gutter smell and there were fruit flies and mosquitoes in the room. I physically could not stay any longer in the room. I contacted management, who then moved us into a different room. This second room still had that gutter smell. The cleaner put something in the bathroom drain which masked the smell however I still was not happy. Management did move us into a better room the next morning. But all of this wasted a lot of unnecessary time which you don’t want when you are on holiday. The new room was really good and I can’t fault it. 4 weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit back too which isn’t very good.

The bath soap only lasted two days, and when we reported this to reception, they didn't respond.

Pros:

Очень крутое место! Шикарное расположение: в минутах 15 находятся Башни Петронас, торговый центр TRX, в 10 минутах крутое инста-место, где напиток подаёт рука монстра, в 7 минутах улица, где расположено много шикарных баров и многое другое. Ещё из проживания хотел выделить отличный вид из окна номера и потрясающий небесный бассейн на 37 этаже! Персонал вежливый и оперативно решает любой вопрос. Однозначно рекомендую для проживания! 😉👍

Pros:

Cet hôtel est un incontournable de Kuala tant par sa position géographique que par les prestations de services qu’il propose ! La vue du rooftop et des chambres est juste ouf !

Cons:

Par contre , certains des réceptionnistes manquent de professionnalismes à l égard des clients ! Certains comportements frôlaient la nonchalance ! C est vraiment dommageable car le reste était impeccable !

Everything was clean, the bed, the sheets , the floor, no dust around...etc , good view from the room window to 118 tower and my bank building

Location is amazing, walking distance to many places to explore during the day, and bars and music during the night.

Der Rooftop-Pool ist unglaublich, das Zimmer sehr groß mit guter Ausstattung - cool auch, dass ein Supermarkt direkt im Hotel war.

Cons:

Die Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen waren teilweise anstrengend - die Zimmertür war schwer zu öffnen, auch das Schloss ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Pool gibt es zu wenige Liegen.

Alles in allem super! Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick, Mega Dachtetasse (Pool, Fitness) und im Zimmer alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Sofa war leider etwas kaputt und durchgesessen, Licht bei der Küche hat nicht funktioniert.

Location is very good. There is nothing else to say good about this property.

Cons:

It is a very basic stay in city centre. But amenities wise it is pathetic. My room AC was so noisy that we could not sleep both the nights. They could not fix the noise problem. We were 3 and I complaint about not having enough plates, I never got the 3rd plate. No glasses to drink water. No cleaning done while you stay. No hand towels / napkins provided. We were charged for breakfast but they coudnot provide it as cafe at level 7 was not operational.
Over all worst experience,

Cooles Hotel für einen Kurztrip in KL
Pros:

Das Highlight ist natürlich der Skypool in der 37. Etage und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist gross und modern. In der Lobby gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ansonsten ist man zu Fuss schnell bei anderen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Cons:

Teilweise muss man schon recht lange auf den Lift warten (nicht nur bei Check-In/Out-Zeiten). Das Café im 7.Stock war bei uns nur am ersten Tag geöffnet, danach wurde es geschlossen. Im Badezimmer fehlten Möglichkeiten Kleider aufzuhängen.
