Pros:

Location is very good. There is nothing else to say good about this property.

Cons:

It is a very basic stay in city centre. But amenities wise it is pathetic. My room AC was so noisy that we could not sleep both the nights. They could not fix the noise problem. We were 3 and I complaint about not having enough plates, I never got the 3rd plate. No glasses to drink water. No cleaning done while you stay. No hand towels / napkins provided. We were charged for breakfast but they coudnot provide it as cafe at level 7 was not operational.
Over all worst experience,

Alles in allem super! Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick, Mega Dachtetasse (Pool, Fitness) und im Zimmer alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Sofa war leider etwas kaputt und durchgesessen, Licht bei der Küche hat nicht funktioniert.

Cooles Hotel für einen Kurztrip in KL
Pros:

Das Highlight ist natürlich der Skypool in der 37. Etage und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist gross und modern. In der Lobby gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ansonsten ist man zu Fuss schnell bei anderen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Cons:

Teilweise muss man schon recht lange auf den Lift warten (nicht nur bei Check-In/Out-Zeiten). Das Café im 7.Stock war bei uns nur am ersten Tag geöffnet, danach wurde es geschlossen. Im Badezimmer fehlten Möglichkeiten Kleider aufzuhängen.

Hotel con vistas incréibles
Pros:

Su situación, las vistas desde la habitación y la piscina (de día pero sobretodo de noche).

Cons:

La ducha dentro del baño sin separación moja todo el espacio pero es un detalle.

Staff is not helpful at all, there was no extra toilet paper, they didn’t even give a full roll to start with which is ridiculous. The AC is „working” but the room is hot anyways unless you literally stand in front of the wind. Rooms are not well made, you can hear people in a room next to you talking which makes it hard to sleep. Waiting for the elevator takes ages, and there is practically no sun beds by the pool so you can be in the water or stand which is also a joke.

Die Zimmer sind nicht empfehlenswert und der Service ist auch nicht gut.
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht vom Pool aus und super Lage unweit vom Zentrum.

Cons:

Im Bad hat es sehr schlecht gerochen und es war kein Haartrockner vorhanden. Meine Anzahlung wurde auch einbehalten, da ich den Schlüssel ein paar Stunden zu spät abgegeben hatte. Die Waschstation hatte nicht, wie angegeben, um 9 Uhr geöffnet und auf meinen Anruf hin wurde nicht reagiert. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig auf den Zimmern.

Pros:

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, der Pool, sowie die einzelnen "Pocket-Gardens" waren super! Es gab einen kleinen Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss, um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen.

Cons:

Es war extrem hellhörig. Wir konnten jedes Wort mithören, als die Dame im anliegenden Zimmer telefoniert hat. Das Bett war relativ hart und ein Duschvorhang wäre gut gewesen, damit das Wasser nicht das ganze Bad nass macht. Aber für den Preis war es ok!
Eine Sache die einen sehr negativen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen hat: das Zimmer haben wir vor Ort per Kreditkarte gezahlt. Zusätzlich wurde eine Kaution von 100 RM beim Check In verlangt. Diese sollten wir auf Empfehlung (!) der Rezeption aber in Bar bezahlen, was wir auch taten. Beim Check Out war der selbe Herr an der Rezeption und meinte wir hätten keine Kaution hinterlegt. Er zeigte uns einen leeren Geld-Umschlag mit meinem Namen drauf und fragte ob wir ein Foto von der Kaution gemacht hätten (wer macht denn bitte ein Foto, wenn er etwas bar bezahlt?). Nach etwas Diskussion bekamen wir die 100 RM dann zurück. Lasst euch bitte unbedingt einen Beleg über die Zahlung der Kaution geben.

Only the location was good; everything else was disappointing.

The location of the hotel was the only positive; everything else fell short of expectations.

Cons:

When we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. The toilet was not clean, and basic amenities such as shower caps were not provided. The kitchen was not properly equipped, as there were no pans or essential items available. We stayed for four days, but there was no room service during our stay. Additionally, the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, aside from the location, our experience was disappointing.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable bien équipée, vue exceptionnelle

Cons:

La piscine, vue incroyable mais les abords sous dimensionnés par rapport aux nombre de résidents, quel dommage ! Il faudrait beaucoup plus de bains de soleil ou de quoi s installer,. peut-être envisager des travaux pour celà, en tout cas c'est peut être la plus belle vue sur kuala Lumpur, incroyable !

Uzasny pokoj s výhledem na dvojčata Petronas, fantastický bazén na střeše.

Cons:

Špatné vybavení kuchyňky, pouze dva hrnky ani jedna lžička. Hrozný smrad z koupelny, jako velmi silné desinfekce, připomínala síru.

Il est bien placé il y a une petite épicerie dans l’hôtel et le personnel est très sympa. De plus vous avez de quoi retirer dans l’hôtel et le taux est très intéressant
