Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here, especially for families.

Although the hotel is large and its facilities may look impressive from the outside, the level of cleanliness and service is far below what you would expect from a hotel of this size and standard. The cleanliness of the villa and rooms was very poor, housekeeping was well below expectations, and even the towels and some of the provided items were not properly clean.

The kitchen in the villa was also almost completely empty of basic utensils and essentials, making it practically unusable for a family.

We also experienced repeated delays with the shuttle service, poor treatment and service from the lobby staff, as well as a significant delay during check-in.

The most frustrating issue occurred at check-in. Our reservation through Booking.com clearly stated 6 guests, and the booking was made based on the number of guests and the conditions displayed at the time of reservation. However, the hotel attempted to charge me an additional fee for the children, claiming that the two-bedroom villa could not accommodate six people. If the hotel lists and allows this villa to be booked for six guests through the booking platform, the guest should not be held responsible for this inconsistency or be asked to pay additional charges upon arrival.

There was also very little assistance or concierge service regarding tourist attractions, activities, or recommendations for places to visit.

Overall, the cleanliness, service, organization, and attitude toward guests were far below our expectations. The property may have large facilities and good potential, but unfortunately, the level of management and service does not reflect that.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families expecting a good standard of cleanliness, service, and guest care.

المسبح خاص بالفيلا ولو أنه لا يعطي خصوصية 100%
الفيلا كانت جمييلة جدا

Cons:

الفندق مزحوم كثيرا وهم يقدمون خدمات التوصيل ل الفلل والمطار ، وهنا يتأخرون كثيرا، ولا يلبون طلبات التنقل بسرعة.

Won’t be back - not worth the money
Pros:

The villa with the private pool

Cons:

The resort is too big and too busy, you feel like at a cheap all inclusive hotel - you have to fight to get a plate and a table for breakfast . The villa is massive but there was no cutlery or anything to cook/eat with. It wasn’t relaxing at all, there is nothing around either , you are stuck inside!
